Our stay at this little hotel was wonderful. The place itself is cute, quaint, and cozy, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the shops and the beach. What truly made our experience special, though, was Jenna. We had a few requests during our stay, and she went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and comfortable. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. People like Jenna are rare these days, and her hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple day getaway and the room was beautiful, clean, and renovated. The service was exceptional and the owners were kind enough to hold our luggage for us before check in, as our flight arrived early, and also after check out as a courtesy since our flight was later in the day. We definitely recommend that you stay here if you take a trip to Clearwater Beach!

I stayed here for a couple of days with my 8month old and we loved it! The customer service was amazing, check in was very seamless and easy & they even had a pack and play upon arrival for us. The hotel was stocked up with everything you need and it was super clean! The bed was comfy and the decor was boho chic and cute. I loved the pool, very small and laid back. Such a short walk to the beach and only about 20min walk to the strip and pier. Very close by to everything but still a quiet neighborhood. There was lots of construction going on and it was hard to find in the beginning(needs biggest signs) but overall a 10/10! Would love to stay again!

I booked this place through my Chase travel points and arrived to a FULLY VACANT motel with a “Keep Out” sign and completely UNDER CONSTRUCTION. No where on social media or their website was there any indication that this was happening. I’ll be contacting Chase & the motel for a full refund. Hopefully there are no issues.

There isn’t a low enough star for this location. The positive reviews must be AI. Rooms were missing doors. Toilets outside and pool was disgusting. Rooms numbers handwritten on a piece of paper and taped to a few doors

It's a nice place and with a few little touches it could be a great place. The pool needs to be painted but the main problem is the water is not clear. I've seen a few comments about this and the thing is with a call to a pool maintenance company it would be solved in no time. No excuses in waiting for that. I understand the painting needs to be planned. New AC for the rooms, they are very old and very very noisy. And the sofa bed mattress was horrible, my poor kids, not sure how they slept with all the springs. We still enjoyed this place and found it very charming. If these things could be fixed we would return for sure

We were not satisfied with our room when we first arrived but the staff was accommodating and allowed us look at a different room to see if we would like to switch. Besides that, check in was easy, the staff was friendly and the hotel is located in a very convenient area. It's a block over from the beach and very close to restaurants, bars, and water excursions. The hotel could use a few updates (they informed us that they are in the process as well) but it's cute and comfy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Clearwater!

This was a surprisingly great little converted motel. The rooms are cozy happy we got the bigger room instead of the smaller room. Location is fantastic. Super close to the beach and to the Clearwater Beach downtown area. the hosts were over the top great and very willing to jump in to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Will absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here with 2 children. Overall it's worth the price. We had no issues with parking, very close to the beach, and it was a nice quiet area. We stayed in the 4 person suite and the bed was comfortable! Housekeeping supplied us with fresh towels everyday. The room was moderately clean, the pool was okay but overall we had a great stay!! They even had beach supplies located by the pool for us.

Do not stay here! The place is very much false advertised! Pics are very deceiving! Place is rough! Pool area looks great in pics....not so much in person! Room is small. Sink in bathroom is Barbie size! Parking is a joke! Approximately 32 units with 9 parking spots....come on! Place advertised free parking passes for the city street. That's completely false! You must pay for parking on city streets. Very expensive! Due to the parking nightmare, you feel trapped. You don't dare go anywhere then you'll lose your parking spot! Avoid this place! UPDATE!! Per your response owner....if your place is correctly advertised. Where were the parking passes? We asked and were told they were all issued. While we were there several people checked out....but yet we were never provided with one???
