Now this is a place I don't want to review as im afraid I'll never get my favorite rooms again. No, seriously! If you're thinking about a place to stay downtown, Saint Petersburg, this is it! From having a wonderful breakfast, lunch/dinner menu combined, amazing service all around and a pool party every Sunday - it feels like the rooms are a bonus but definitely not to be overlooked. The style of this hotel and every room is impeccable, truly very Gatsby. I absolutely love this beautiful boutique hotel, which I have called it my home away from home - every time I'm in the area! Thank you to the owner and amazing staff for always making my stay memorable and amazing.

This is a delightful stay, comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Walkable (15-30 min walks) to a lot of the art museums and central ave shops and restaurants. The restaurant and cafe have great food at very reasonable prices. My only regret is that I didn’t make it to the pool bar. This place manages to find the balance between being buzzy and lively and quiet and private. I would absolutely stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at the Hollander Hotel in St. Pete, and it’s easily one of those places that gets the fundamentals right while still having character. First off, the staff was great across the board, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. From check-in to any small interactions throughout the stay, it felt like they actually cared about the guest experience, which goes a long way. The overall vibe of the hotel struck a really nice balance between rustic and modern. It has personality without feeling dated, and it’s stylish without trying too hard. You can tell there was intention behind the design choices, and it creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere the moment you walk in. The room itself was excellent. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed deserves special mention, it was absolutely amazing and easily one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in. After a long day, that kind of comfort matters more than people realize, and the Hollander absolutely delivered there. Location is another major win. The hotel is perfectly situated for getting around St. Pete, whether you’re walking, grabbing food nearby, or heading out to explore. Everything felt convenient without being in the middle of chaos. Overall, the rooms were great, the experience was smooth, and nothing felt overlooked. This is the kind of hotel you stay at once and immediately know you’ll be back. Anytime I’m in St. Pete, the Hollander Hotel will be my first choice without hesitation

Very cute and eclectic hotel the staff was very nice. The restaurant downstairs is very convenient. They have just about everything. Bartender made me a fantastic martini. The food was delicious. The only issue I had at one point. I wanted to work downstairs and couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi not sure why but overall fantastic location close to everything self parking available although a little bit limited but will definitely recommend it and come back.

I’m usually very loyal to a b&b in Gulfport when I’m in st Pete but decided to try a new place and I was delighted by the Hollander. The room was decent for a night. It was martini Monday which I thoroughly enjoyed by the lovely pool in the courtyard. Love the proximity to the st Pete pier which I walked to in the morning and it felt very safe. Loved enjoying coffee on site on the front porch. Super homey.

I had an incredible stay at The Hollander Hotel. It is my favorite boutique hotel in the Tampa Bay area. I have used that many times to put up family and guests of the St Pete Yoga Fest. This year I held my 55th birthday party there and the accommodated 30 guests out by the pool. It was all set up before we got there and the service by Kailyn was amazing. My room was gorgeous. I was in an ADA King Suite (no tub) which is beautifully designed decorated with so much space I could live there. There was a kitchenette a living area of course the big king bed with TV and a large bathroom. There was multiple huge closets. They surprise me by putting a letter in the room, which referred to a free bottle of champagne they had left in the fridge for me to celebrate my birthday. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff is all extremely friendly and accommodating from the moment they give you a few bottles of water at the check-in to the housekeeping who brought me my glasses that I had left in the room before I left the hotel. I will continue to support this local treasure. The food is very good and reasonable. The restaurant is charming.

Extremely cute hotel with a comfortable lobby with plenty of seating and decent bar and restaurant. The pool is beautiful with a large bar. The room is very nice and comfortable i really really enjoyed this hotel we extended the stay 2x we didn't want to leave but the real star of the show was the amazing friendly stall everyone was super super nice and accommodating. I will definitely return

The Hollander is hands-down the BEST choice for a place to stay in downtown St. Pete. I’ve been coming to town several times a year for the last decade, and I’ve stayed in quite a few different hotels, but I don’t even think about it anymore—I just book The Hollander. They give me an excellent rate (I’m a government employee) and are always kind and welcoming. They’ve truly thought of everything—the food at the restaurant is fantastic and their prices are excellent (borderline unheard of during happy hour or when they have specials), the pool has a great atmosphere and bar (Sunday funday in the summer is bomb), servers and bartenders are top notch (all staff for that matter), they handle large groups well for meals, and there’s FREE PARKING. Other chain hotels nearby only offer pricey (and let’s be real, inconvenient) valet. Need a morning latte? They’ve got a coffee shop. Late night treat? Thought of it, tasty desserts and small treats (candy bars) in the coffee shop. Cozy lobby and rooms? Check. Need to work out? I don’t, but I’m sure the gym is great. Staying here every visit, and 100% recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here twice in one week lol!! Such a beautiful hotel and room. Bathroom super clean. Bakery, coffee excellent!! I really appreciate all of the extra help and friendliness from the staff. I was traveling solo and recently had surgery and was unable to move/lift any of my luggage and the staff was so accommodating and helpful getting me set up in my room and everything. The shuttle to the waterfront area was especially helpful too! Really enjoyed my stay.It was fantastic. 5 stars!!! Will be back!!

I can't express how amazing this hotel is. My husband choose those hotel for availability because we had a three day festival to attend. We have spent more time here than at the festival. The food in the restaurant is ahhhmazing. We had the Rachel, the capresse melted cheese and the club, and the potstickers, all of which were so good. The drinks? So freaking good. The Mango Unchained was perfect. The staff? Amazing. Courteous and helpful the whole time. And then the coffee shop? So so so good. They made the stay so great we may come back just to stay here. I love it here!
