Did an Airbnb. Super nice unit directly on the beach. Super clean! Great location. Very quiet. Pool, parking, close to restaurants, groceries! Unit #2! Fantastic stay!

This is an active construction site as of June 2025. AC units are on the balcony - which sound drowns out the ocean and your inner thoughts. Too many mosquitos! No access to a grill! Room was junky, chairs falling apart, everything needs to be updated. One of the legs on our bed broke on the first day. First night - there was a conflict at 2AM - waking us up with neighbors shouting, door banging, dogs barking, stuff being thrown to the ground floor, and them threatening to call the cops. It was so hostile that we moved to the kitchen to avoid the windows for a while. The beach is very nice and well kept. The best part was walking around at night - enjoying the sunset. While our experience could be a one off - just book a better place, its not worth it. I have been to about 10 different condos in the same area this was easily the worst one so far - it was almost comically bad. I'm more stressed at the end of this vacation than when it started, can't wait to go back home!

This is our 4th year in a row that we have stayed at Holiday Villas III. Although they are still working on the damage from the hurricane, this will always be our favorite beach vacation spot.

Awsome location and accommodations. Direct access to beach from main floor. Beach lounge chairs available for free. Staffed office was friendly and available daily. Free parking.

The pool was still closed due to the previous hurricane but the elevator worked. Cute little one bedroom efficiency type room.

Great beach but that's it no pool shuffleboard office personal. Construction al day in unit next to us. Doesn't look like they're going to get amenities back from hurricane anytime soon.

The stay here was an absolute disaster. We paid good money for three families to stay in the only three bedroom condo in the building. When we first arrive and we are sweating from the Florida heat, we get inside our room and the thermostat reads 80 degrees. Furthermore, dirty dishes were loaded into the dishwasher but it wasn’t started so the smell was horrendous. As the day goes on it continues to rise all the way up to 84 degrees in our room. We contacted the host and they sent somebody the next day to fix the issue. But then they told us that they couldn’t fix it until Monday because it was a big issue. It was miserable living and sleeping in an extremely hot room. We also had a toddler with us, and as you can imagine, it was a very bad experience for them as well. They were unwilling to expedite or rectify the situation after we asked if there was anyway for this to be fixed sooner. They gave us the option to move to two other condos for the night or for the rest of the stay. We chose to move for the night as staying in the original condo was not an option. They provided 1 room for 2 of the families and 1 room for the last family, however, they still didn’t make any effort to provide an alternative or compensation. One of the rooms appeared to be under construction/maintenance and didn’t even have room numbers on the door which made it inconvenient to locate. Both of these rooms were also bay side, which is okay, but not what we paid so much for. On Monday after we hadn’t received an update from the host, we reached out to ask for an update. They replied at almost 7 pm telling us that the AC has not been repaired and that the technicians would be there on Tuesday. On Tuesday, a technician came and said it would be an easy fix. He didn’t take long to make the necessary repairs. Overall, it truly wasn’t a good stay and we feel as though we definitely did not get our money’s worth.

My nephew & I stayed here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Appliances were broken, view was crap, condo was so sandy. I realize we were at the beach but I’m not sure who would enjoy sand in their beds. The shower heads in both bathrooms were broken. I’ve been coming to this island for a good 13 years so I know what to expect & this wasn’t it. We’re coming back in September & we will not be staying there. Not one person that went up & down the elevator with us had anything good to say. So this wasn’t just me.

My stay was absolutely amazing. If you have the chance try to stay in room 410. We had that room and it was amazing. The place was modern with a beautiful kitchens, each bedroom had a large TV along with the living room. The decor was very beachy and the Balcony view was beautiful with a chance of seeing dolphins in the morning . Overall amazing stay in room 410.

We really loved this location the view of the Gulf was Amazing!! The pool is great and all the decorations are so Nautica. The bathrooms so clean updated plenty of towels. It was very spacious and clean. We really only have one thing that we couldn't do here again it was the mattress on the beds are so outdated and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We would love to come back, only if you fix your mattress! Thank you for having us, you have a wonderful place and Excellent service!!! God bless you!!
