Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms have everything you need. Price was good for everything you get. Our favorite included amenity was the tables and chairs (with umbrellas) outside the pool area that stepped right off to the sand. We ended up not even setting up our own umbrellas and chairs. We just sat there the last two days. When we wanted to get in the ocean we just took a few extra steps to get there. We will definitely be back again!

The Gulf view was perfect. I would recommend renting a car for convenience. Room was ok; nothing fancy. No screen to balcony door available ; also the lock was broken. I recommend check your sheets because their house keeper never changed the fitted sheets. They left the previous customers sheets for us to reuse which is why I give you 3 stars.

We were very pleased with our stay at Shoreline. Our room was nice and clean and had what we needed. I loved the shower gel and shampoo thats in there. The balcony view of the ocean was absolutely perfect! I had originally made my reservations thru Booking.com and they messed it up so as I arrived in FL I received an email notification our reservations were canceled. The sweet lady in the front office was able to help get us a room thankfully and she was very pleasant. I cant remember her name but I think it started with a J. We will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

It has become our "Home-Away-From Home." Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms with amazing views of the Gulf. Walking distance to popular bars and restaurants. Made several changes to our reservation and did so without penalty. Really enjoy the 21 and older aspect. Love my grandkids but it makes for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Booked 2027 before we checked out (which offers a discount). Have recommended it to several friends and they love it, too. Best place for an extended Beach Vacation!!!! Also met someone who lives in the area and frequently spends weekends here.

We have been staying at the Shoreline Island Resort since 2020. We first chose this resort because it was oceanfront and a 30 minute drive to Clearwater to go to Phillies Spring Training practices and games. What we didn’t know was how perfect the location is on a beautiful, nearly private white-sand beach with plenty of restaurants in walking distance and John’s Pass only a mile away. The staff at the resort is wonderful. They are a very friendly group who aim to please. There’s a reason we keep coming back each February!

It was nice to be able to get back to the Shoreline Island Resort again. Their rooms were clean, spacious, and had many amenities. It may have not been the best time to visit Florida in that part of February this year, but that was not their fault.?? I love the idea that they have a nice continental breakfast everyday. Somebody is always there for support staff if anything is needed. The pool was so nice on those cool days because one could still get into the pool and it was warm water. Their location to walk the beach is wonderful. One can easily walk to dining and music events along Gulf Blvd in Maderia Beach.

Quiet, right on the beach! Loved the balcony overlooking the beach. Room equipped with kitchenette. Beach chairs available for use. The staff & guests were all friendly and respectful.

Had an absolutely wonderful Christmas stay here! The view was breathtaking—truly awesome and made the holiday feel extra special. The rooms were spotless, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable for the quality. Great value all around. It was the perfect spot for a cozy and memorable getaway. Highly recommend, and we'll be back!

This property is an amazing value! We have stayed multiple times and will definitely be back. Super friendly, free parking, beachfront balcony and great location. Bonus for us is that it is adults only.

Okay first let me tell you the price point was just what I was looking to spend for our 2 night stay! The room #251 was great! Had everything we could have want/needed! A bonus having 1.5 bathrooms! Also it’s kid free! That’s great for a romantic getaway!! This last thing about our stay is I have health and sleep issues…I was amazed with the mattress!! So much so I contacted the company to where I can buy the exact mattress. Unfortunately it was a prototype and what they have out now the guy from the manufacturer he doesn’t think I’d be happy with!! So I’m trying to find a comparable mattress!! Usually in hotel/motel the beds are terrible, BUT NOT AT SHORELINE ISLAND RESORT in Madeira Beach FL…
