If you love a busy beach this is the beach for you. If you prefer a quieter beach there's many to choose from in the area. The sand is very soft and powdery. We stayed near the pier; restrooms, snack shack, chairs and umbrella rentals. Be careful with food because the birds are very aggressive.

Family vacation This was our first time visiting Clearwater and it was amazing. We really enjoyed this beautiful condo on the bay. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching dolphins and manatees in the bay. Our son really enjoyed fishing in the bay everyday. We will definitely return here for many more wonderful family vacations in this beautiful spacious condo.

Perfect Clearwater getaway!!!! We were very lucky to get to spend 7 days in this Beautiful and very clean condo .Perfect size for a family of 7, 3 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 preteen and 4 yr old. Condo equipped with everything you need for your stay, it was home away from home. There are beach chairs and sand toys for a fun day at the beach that is walking distance from condo, so that made it even better. The balcony, beautiful view, we seen dolphins every morning, got to see a manatee and the sunrise. Food,shopping and beach is walking distance. That was really nice for us because we drove 18hrs to clearwater we didn't want to be in the car on our trip at all, except driving back home. So, that was great. Patricia and Steve was awesome, they called and checked on us the next morning to make sure everything was up to our standards and if we had any questions about our stay and if we needed anything to call them they didn't care what time it was just call if we needed. This was me and my family's first time to Clearwater Florida and they helped make our stay perfect. Thank you Patricia and Steve, we will be back!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation at 405 Harborview. We are a family of 5. 405 was perfect! So much room. We were very comfortable. Great view from the balcony. Patricia and Steve couldn’t have been any kinder to us. 405 Harborview is a great location. It’s so close to the beach and many restaurants. So much to do. We will be returning to 405 in the very near future. We all loved our stay.

This condo in Clearwater is exactly what we were expecting and wanted for our summer vacation before our kids head off to school. The condo is spacious (for those growing teenage boys!). First…the sunrises are spectacular. I spent every morning taking them in on the beautiful patio with coffee in hand. We always look for a clean space where we will sleep well, watch a sunrise or sunset, and something to house our active family. The locker was nice to have access to the cart (meant for the beach!) and cooler. Pat was wonderful and recommended many places in the area. We walked daily to the beach and packed lunches sunset restaurants are literally a 2 minute walk. You can dine in or out. We played sequence every night at the dining room table and enjoyed wine on the patio. We will be back!!!

Repeat happy guests We spent July 22-29 at Harborview 405. We had previously been guests in 2017 and our stay was just as good the 2nd time around. The condo is so clean and updated, very spacious. All beds and furniture make it feel “like home”. Having the washer and dryer allowed us to pack light and save money on baggage fees, great perk! The condo truly has everything you need. We walked to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. We also enjoyed a day at Sand Key Beach. We also spent a day at Busch Gardens Tampa and at Universal Studios which were easy drives. The only thing we missed was nearby mini golf! One week is not enough time to see and do it all. We love the area so much and Patty and Steve are amazing hosts and very responsive to anything you may need. We would love to come back again one day.

Beautiful Clearwater condo!! This condo is beautiful and in a great location. We walked everywhere in Clearwater. Also, enjoyed watching dolphins from balcony. Patricia and Steve were great to work with, they are just a phone call away if you need anything. My family had a wonderful break from our Michigan cold weather. We met several families at pool who have been coming to this condo complex for years. They all said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else if your looking for a 3 bedroom condo.

We loved our stay at Steve and Patricia’s condo! It was beautiful, spotless and within walking distance to almost everything we needed. We are a family of 6 with older children and the condo was spacious enough for all of us. The condo is well equipped with all of the essentials to meet our needs. The beach items were fantastic and a huge money saver, as we didn’t need to worry about renting beach cabanas. Communication with Steve and Pat was great. They were available for any questions, reminders, and to offer area suggestions. We are so glad we picked this beautiful condo for our vacation and hope to visit again someday. We already miss the beautiful harbor view and breathtaking sunrises.
