Second stay at Havana Inn. Phenomenal location, very clean and roomy unit (#3). Responsive staff. I will definitely stay here again

This is a Hidden Gem! The Havana Inn is cozy beach house with amazing service. It’s directly across the street from the beach, a quick walk to the grill, restaurants & paradise sweets, and only a block from Merry Pier to catch the Shell Key Shuttle. The stay was quiet, the other guests were very friendly. Check-in and out was a breeze. We are already talking of returning!

This was our first time in Pass-a-Grille and we loved every moment. We stayed in #2 at the Havana Inn and had a great time. The room was comfortable. The only complaint was bugs in the bathroom. They were in the shower when we arrived and the shower drain also clogged the first night but was fixed the next day. The bugs were gone several nights but returned the night before we left. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Be sure to visit the little Parisian Cafe on 8th, Paradise to go for sandwiches and acai bowls.

The rooms are clean and it’s a great location for a long weekend at the beach. A few stores and restaurants walking distance and St Pete is a short drive. Wifi worked for phones but streaming on the tv was inconsistent. We had to reset the router many times. Update: WiFi improved 2024

When we arrived we were welcomed to 3 unit window ACs and an 83 degree unit. The unit never cooled down below 78 and was often in the mid 80s. The floors were buckling and the walls were sweating. We ended up cancelling our last night there because myself and 2 of my kids developed bad coughs which later turned into bacterial infections. When we asked for some sort of refund, we were told we could cancel the last night and get our money back. We were so happy to be out of there (and sick) that we just took it. If you want to stay here I would suggest asking for a mold check and ask if they have central air.

It has the perfect location right across the street from Pass A Grille beach. Two restaurants close by. Great breakfast across the street. We stayed in apt 3 which had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The queen size bed room was the warmest. Maybe the A/C duct ends there and gets the less amount of A/C. It would be nice if they would replace the bed for a king size one. It does fit. The kitchen had the necessities and the fridge was nice and cold. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was perfect during our stay in this hidden gem! We were a party of 6, and stayed on room 3 from October 6-8. The lady that assisted us to get the room was super nice and helpful, walking with us while showing us where the bikes were and everything. The room was clean to the end degree. We had everything we need: full kitchen and appliances (no dishwasher but we didn't care about it). Two bedroom with beds for two and a queen sofa-bed. A laundry room and two bathrooms. Great view from our front door. Beach with white sand, blue sky and clear water, just across the street. Our housekeeper were nice and helpful, thank Y. (she has an unusual name, so I don't like to misspell it). All the pics where from the afternoon of our arrival. My family came to visit from Switzerland and loved the place. I'll definitely come back!

Best location, beautiful clean property. Room 4 is a 2 bedroom apt with everything you need. Great little sunroom with views to die for. Balcony with umbrella table and chairs, shared balcony in back with room for dinner. Great seating area and grill out front, ground level. Loaner bicycles, beach chairs/toys/towels. Walk to everything or use public transportation to take you to St Pete Beach or other northern destinations. Staff was great, especially Jody (you're a riot, girl!). Can't wait to go back!!
