Very decent hotel for being so close to clearwater beach! However I thought we would have beach access to the main clearwater beach (like where you could walk to peir 60), but it was just a very small like 50 foot wide sectioned off section of beach... but all the staff were awesome. The rooms were nice & clean. Not run down at all like I was worried about because of the great price.

My 3rd time coming back to this hotel and it has always been amazing! Staff, Cleanliness is amazing especially for the pool and jacuzzi area. The area is awesome and the staff are all super nice! Walking distance to pretty much all tourist area around. Will absolutely come back again and again ??????

I was very nervous about this hotel based on the reviews that I'd seen, and was so pleasantly surprised about how wonderful our stay was! While it's not luxurious (some might say "bare bones"), the value is absolutely fantastic. You're getting a great price for a very clean, comfortable, and super hospitable stay. I cannot say enough about the wonderful front desk folks that we met while we were there - all so incredibly kind and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay so easy and comfortable!! The rooms were very clean - no issues at all despite what you'll see in some of the reviews. The kitchenette (while small) did the job perfectly! Set of 4 for all dishware. Sheets, towels, bathroom, etc were all very clean. Beds and pillows comfy. The pool was cool despite the heat (impressive, honestly!), and the hot tub was hot and operational! While the beach towels are small, they do the job. No umbrellas or chairs on the beach but honestly, I didn't miss it. The beach was clean, water was gorgeous - and we got to see dolphins!! Finally - location-wise, you absolutely can't beat it for the value! There's a resort right next door with live music and a beach club at night, and plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Oh, and there's coffee in the lobby in the mornings! We really enjoyed our stay here. All three rooms have kitchenettes and even three rooms (like ours) listed as not having an ocean view did have some view of it from the balcony. The private beach is open 24hrs and we enjoyed going there at night. We were there until almost midnight. If you aren't super fussy three rooms were pretty good i have no complaints. I'd recommend and it's close enough to walk to the pier. Right in three middle of it all.

Our family stayed here recently. Yes, the hotel itself is older but we're not the kind of people that bothers us too much. The staff were very nice and helpful and the location is great. The hotel was nice and quiet too for the most part so I'm not sure what people mean when they talk about the noise coming from the bar next door. I'm a light sleeper too. We had a late flight on our last day and were allowed to pay a modest hourly fee to stay in our room longer than the usual checkout time which was very helpful and much appreciated. We will definitely consider returning to this hotel should we vacation in Clearwater again. Thank you!

We checked in late around 10:00pm. We were greeted by a young dark haired girl that was super sweet(sorry, I do not remember her name). She quickly checked us in and said we could check out later at 12:00, rather than 10:00 am. This hotel is clean and has an excellent location. The beach is beautiful and the pool area is nice. We checked out at 12:00 and the blonde lady working was kind and gracious. She said they could watch our suitcases until we left the beach around 3:00 and use their towels. I highly recommend this hotel!

I really enjoyed my evening there. I don't like the fact that check in is at 4pm and check out.Is at 10 am. Hotels need to start staggering there.Check out times or do something different.Because it's ridiculous to pay so much money and not even be able to stay a full twenty four hours. The room was very clean and I appreciated my view.All be it a very short time.

Ok so yes a little noise from Music next door, but nothing when in room and air/fan on. Was nice to be able to go next door for Drink snacks etc. our stay was Perfect. Private owners with Staff that went way beyond expectations to make us comfortable while whole family was there while loosing our mother. Will be back!

We stayed here 1/16-18/2026. The hotel is clean as was our room. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were functioning well. This hotel is cheaper than the ones around it. There is beach access to the other hotels restaurants and bars from Gulfview. Some of the rooms face a parking garage with basically no water views. The other side has water views from the 2nd floor and up facing West for the sunsets. The hotel is dated with few plugs in the room we stayed in for electronics. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place, and with fantastic employees. They accommodated a late check out, and I was able to stay a bit longer to enjoy the outdoor facilities(pool, jacuzzi), as my flight was not until the late afternoon. Will be visiting again!
