We checked in late around 10:00pm. We were greeted by a young dark haired girl that was super sweet(sorry, I do not remember her name). She quickly checked us in and said we could check out later at 12:00, rather than 10:00 am. This hotel is clean and has an excellent location. The beach is beautiful and the pool area is nice. We checked out at 12:00 and the blonde lady working was kind and gracious. She said they could watch our suitcases until we left the beach around 3:00 and use their towels. I highly recommend this hotel!

I really enjoyed my evening there. I don't like the fact that check in is at 4pm and check out.Is at 10 am. Hotels need to start staggering there.Check out times or do something different.Because it's ridiculous to pay so much money and not even be able to stay a full twenty four hours. The room was very clean and I appreciated my view.All be it a very short time.

Ok so yes a little noise from Music next door, but nothing when in room and air/fan on. Was nice to be able to go next door for Drink snacks etc. our stay was Perfect. Private owners with Staff that went way beyond expectations to make us comfortable while whole family was there while loosing our mother. Will be back!

We stayed here 1/16-18/2026. The hotel is clean as was our room. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were functioning well. This hotel is cheaper than the ones around it. There is beach access to the other hotels restaurants and bars from Gulfview. Some of the rooms face a parking garage with basically no water views. The other side has water views from the 2nd floor and up facing West for the sunsets. The hotel is dated with few plugs in the room we stayed in for electronics. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place, and with fantastic employees. They accommodated a late check out, and I was able to stay a bit longer to enjoy the outdoor facilities(pool, jacuzzi), as my flight was not until the late afternoon. Will be visiting again!

I love the hotel. I love the convenience of the location. I can walk to everywhere i need to go. The staff here is so friendly. Feels like family. I have been coming here for almost 6 years and I will continue to come as long as I can. The music next door is awesome. We are on vacation of course.

Great location, views super nice, great combination of room lay out, cleanliness, friendly staff, activities on the water, close enough to walk to restaurants. Great over all hotel. Family friendly too without being overly noisy. Rooms have 2 hotplate mini stove, beverage Fridge and small kitchen sink with dishware.

We had a Fantastic Anniversary at Gulfview last week. From the manager Joyce to the maintainence man to All the Staff were extremely helpful and friendly to work with solving any minor issues we had. Bonus points for a kitchenette in each room to bring your own food like we did and cook for ourselves saving money on eating out. Comfy beds, hot tub, pool, and right on the beach was just beautiful! We're in our mid to late 60's and rented a Waverunner which was a blast and also went on the Seascreamer dolphin tour. Hotel next door is an expensive resort, just walk over there to dance to live music and enjoy a drink, if you do. We're retired and close to broke but this place fit our needs perfectly and we can't wait to stay there again and most of the other guests we talked to had stayed there before. (Just a note; it's not the Marriott so any damage to the property you might see was probably caused by a previous nefarious guest who is always miserable like, someone scratched the middle of the TV screen with a diamond or knife. Who would do that?) We Loved It!

Room was clean and nicely equipped. There was always someone at the desk who was helpful. Nice private little beach. I gave it 2 star on location because there is a night club next door in the hotel and they had some serious bass with outdoor concerts until 3am each night of the week.

What a run down place that need a major overhaul. First! No elevator. Omg. 5 floors. So we had to move to a lower floor 2 and was left with a view of a parking garage. Second! No phone system. Tried to call front desk for more coffee and phones don't work. Went to the desk and was told they been out since the hurricane 2024!!! Third! The construction noise from the place next to us was so loud!! If we were put on the otherside of the building it might of been a little better. Was suppose to be moved to higher room but elevator is still out. We were told 1 day. Found out by other people staying here too that elevator has been out for a while. They just lie to keep u to stay. Bad bad place. Correction. The construction was in our building 4th floor.
