Booked July 2024. Less than 24 hours before check in. And half the party already in the area. They cancelled the 3 units we had booked. No calls, no notice, just an email. No offer of assistance to find any other accommodations. If we wouldn’t have checked emails we would have never known.

I have a reservation with this business. I have been unable to contact them. They will not answer my email. Update: this business finally answered my requests. They could not get inspected in time for my reservation, so cancelled it. I received a refund for the full amount I had paid. It took way too many calls and emails, and a bit of run around, but my problem was solved.

We only had 2 nights in a studio/efficiency - wish it was more! The accomodations were immaculate and comfortable. The pool was perfect temp and Robin (the mgr) was delightful, and gave us great tips on where to eat. We hope to get back here one day the time went way too fast.

The room is nice, however management is absolutely horrible. We booked through Expedia and thought it was located on the beach, it is directly across you do have a walk. The way management spoke to my husband after requesting we cancel was outrageously rude. We did have two roaches in our room as well, they were dead though. Make sure you receive a check in email- we also did not get one and delayed our access to our room.

I find this place to be wonderful for the price. Getting into the room was very easy, and I found it to be very clean upon arrival. This room is very modern and has newer appliances. The bathroom is my personal favorite with a great sized walk in shower. Pool area is clean and well kept. There are also multiple little patio areas for sitting and making conversation. This place is comfy and quiet. I love it!

We loved our stay at The Bungalows! Robin, the property manager, was so sweet and gave us great recommendations. I have 4 and 6 yr old wild children and all the staff were simply amazing. We stayed in the 2bed/1 bath pet-friendly apartment at the far end of the adorable courtyard which was divided into private seating areas by foliage. My kids enjoyed playing with the pea gravel in the courtyard, using sidewalk chalk, etc. until I was ready to walk them 15 seconds down the walkway to a fenced in pool area. There were even pool and beach toys left over from other visitors in a little deck storage box by the pool. The safety was great from a mom’s perspective! We walked to Crabby’s the first night, walked over the bridge to John’s Pass one day, and could walk to the beach via a pedestrian-lit crosswalk one block down from the Bungalows. Every night after the kids were in bed, I felt very safe to walk our dog at night on my own. We would definitely stay here again!

The room had a very strange odor when entering (like fish). The bed was listed as a queen but it’s actually a full size. Only two towels for three people for two nights. The shower was so dirty I decided to wear flip flops in there and is so small it hardly fit my 6’4 husband. The room could use a new coat of paint. The couch very uncomfortable. It is nicely decorated, though. The pool was warm but could have been cleaner. No staff. Way overpriced especially for winter months. The only good thing about this is that John’s Pass is a short walk and so are the restaurants. Will not be staying here again and will probably leave early.
