Our room was clean, and had everything one needs for a one night stay, we did not know we were getting a room with a kitchen, and it was a nice one at that, did not use it, would if we were staying longer. No elevavtors which when you read details you will see that. Must be a popluar place to stay becuase it was packed, many people enjoying the Heated pool area, etc. If I had anything down to say would be that the window coverings need to be replaced, they are worn and light does come through, and the shower curtain is not wide enough to close off air flow from getting in, so drafty, and the ice maker cost .25 cents but did not work for us. You can see where they are making updates such as the bathroom was a WOW factor with the selection of tile, and counter top, the Mirror is a dream for us ladys with built in lighting adjustments, the flooring through out the kitchen and living area seems newer, I will say there is more updates that are needed, but honestly for the price, location, cleaness, and the nice staff, you can not go wrong. Enjoy your stay when you come here.

Place is getting run down! Because of long term rentals the rooms can't be upgraded! We have staithere for years but aren't planning on it until things get better!

Blood stains and food stains and unidentifiable stuff all over the walls. Nasty X 10000! Electrical Fire Hazards that I am reporting to the City. Every room smells so horrible. Cigarettes and drugs roll over the top of you the second you open the door. I went down to complain and the man gave me an opportunity to check out two more rooms. One room seemed a little less bad and I was desperate. So I accepted it. But once in the room I noticed that the windows had been left open. Once I close those windows the smell started to build back up. Fire code violations. Dangerous fire code violations because there was no cover over the electrical plugs behind the bed. One spark and that bed is on fire. This is illegal and I plan on reporting everything I've seen. I tried to sleep for 3 hours with a towel wrapped around my head to escape the awful smell. But eventually, after 3 hours I had to abandoned ship and slept in my cold car all night anyway. I'm out of my $160. There was stains on the wall and splatters of blood and food and more that can't even be identified. All of the furniture was made in 1940 and I got athlete's foot on both feet from just using the shower. This is an absolutely awful motel! If you rent a room there YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL REGRET IT! Another review said that a woman had her 8 YEAR OLD child attacked by bed bugs. Bed bugs are a pervasive species that get into everything you own and travel home with you. Once you stay here you have them too. Advice to anyone renting a Room anywhere: **Always see the room before you rent it.** *** Always read the reviews.*" I was desperate. But I would be further ahead and have my money back if I just would have slept in my cold car. Because after all this I ended up getting no sleep and I ended up spending the night in my car anyway. The only way I'm taking this down is if the owner contacts me and gives me a full refund.

We came from middle Georgia to visit with my Dad who was staying here. We originally paid for one night but loved it so much that we booked again for a second! The room was so spacious and super clean! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The location is perfect for trips to the beach! Overall we had the best experience and cannot wait to return again soon! Definitely recommend staying here!

Area had gone DOWNHILL in last 3 years majorly . Be careful no updated security in place Some updates here and there but many regulars, like myself, have found much more updated accommodations for same price. Karen, the manager there, deserves some training in customer service and acts pretty grotesque & mustve been raised in deplorable conditions up north. The star is for proximity to clearwater beach & IRB .
