Very nice clean place. The staff is extremely friendly. You got plenty of eating places close by you could rent boats in the backyard and the beach across the street excellent for families or people just traveling.

I highly recommend this hotel, great service, my room was always nice and clean after coming back from the beach The hotel has a nice pool and a hot tub. I got a room with view to the marine which was very relaxing, also super convenient there are restaurants and bars near by you can just walk not need to drive, and waffle house is right next door. I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Unethical practices, 0-contact. On May 1, 2026, I booked an Airbnb reservation at Treasure Island Hotel & Marina in Florida for a one-night stay, with check-in scheduled for May 2, 2026, and departure on May 3, 2026. Approximately twelve (12) hours after making the reservation, at approximately 3:00 a.m. on May 2, 2026, I received official notification from Spirit Airlines that the airline had undergone a complete operational shutdown resulting in widespread flight cancellations and an inability to travel. Immediately upon receiving notice, I acted in good faith by promptly contacting Airbnb customer support, notifying the host, processing cancellation requests, and requesting a refund. Despite my immediate action and the unprecedented nature of the circumstances, the host failed to respond and Airbnb denied my refund request, citing a rigid “24-hour cancellation policy.” Airbnb’s position is unreasonable, inequitable, and potentially deceptive for several reasons: This was not an ordinary “flight cancellation.” This involved a systemic operational shutdown of an airline affecting travelers broadly and unexpectedly, constituting circumstances substantially analogous to force majeure or impossibility of performance. The reservation itself was booked within the same 24-hour period Airbnb now relies upon to deny relief. I provided approximately 12 hours’ notice under emergency conditions immediately after learning travel had become impossible. Strict enforcement of the policy under these facts demonstrates bad faith and an unfair application of contractual terms. Airbnb’s refusal to reasonably accommodate exigent circumstances appears inconsistent with fair consumer protection standards and good-faith business practices. A policy that permits a company to retain funds despite immediate notice and impossibility of travel caused by extraordinary external events may constitute an unfair or deceptive business practice under applicable consumer protection laws. The host suffered little to no demonstrable prejudice. Notice was provided well before the intended occupancy period, allowing the opportunity to mitigate any alleged loss.

The room was nice and clean. You could hear everything in the hall ways. Didn't really interact with any staff other than check in. Location is great and beach access is right across the street.

This is an older hotel, much is like most of the real estate in the area. It would help if they made an additional investment in the rooms lighting. The bedroom & entry is limited to an overhead light in the entry & a single lamp in the sleeping space. It’s a bit dark. The bathroom is a bit small (nothing can easily be done about that). Larger people may find the bathroom right. The tub appears to be original. An update to a walk-in shower would do wonders. All that said, the location is excellent and the staff was very accommodating!

I live in the area and needed to have work done on my condo. I needed a place to stay for a few weeks and decided to try this placed based on reviews and price. The manager Danielle took care of me and made it a good experience. A very nice place for the money located walking distance to everything. These guys were great.

This hotel is definitely not a 3 star. It's a no star. Old and not clean. My son stayed there for 8 days. And not one day was the room cleaned. The only services that housekeeping provided was changing the towels and taking out the garage. He was advised he should have told them to clean the room. It was obvious the floors were dirty. I stayed one day. I was afraid to take a shower or sleep in the bed. Nasty. But the manager was very helpful and accommodating....overall I can never stay there again

I had great solo work getaway at this beach getaway. Located right across from gigantic park and beach I had clear views of the ocean even though it was across the street. The park being there meant no high motels There is a very small but cute coffee and donut place right next door plus a waffle shop. You can walk 4 blocks to Publix. Small kitchenette was good but only microwave. It allowed me to have my small dog and was quite affordable. Beach is gigantic and one day I drove 30 minutes south the ft de Soto county park. Huge beach. Highly recommend.

Sorry but not worth the price. We came in the winter months. First we were given an unclean room. So we go to the beach had a great time at the kiwi bar & restaurant. We left the bar early thinking that we can go back to the hotel to enjoy the pool but it was freezing. Also the room had a musty odor. Also, do not pay for a golf view it’s too far not with the extra cost. Yes clean room finally but not worth the price. We spoke to the man at the front desk and he tells us to enjoy the warm whirlpool instead. I will never return to this place. Thumbs down ??

Horrible experience including staff! Decided to stay there for my wife’s birthday since the pictures looked great. We walked down the hallway to our room that reaped of cigarette smoke. We walked out onto our balcony to check out the view and once back inside, tried to lock the slider but it did not work. The paint was peeing off the wall near and around the a/c. So I tried to use the phone to call the desk and voice our concern. The phone did not work. I walked down and met with the desk staff named Devin. Never have I felt so out of place. After informing her of our issues and asking to be moved to another room, she said “the best thing you can do is call booking.com and get your money back” I asked for a manager and she informed me there was not one available. Horrible customer service and a very poorly managed hotel. Stay elsewhere!! I would give a zero if it would allow.
