Well I'm actually staying here right now. My husband and i and our granddaughter and niece. The room is fairly clean. Updated New paint. But I walk in and the the bunk beds have no sheets. I text them since there's no office here. They said oh we just leave the sheets for the bed WHAT! I never stayed at a hotel that I had to make my own bed. They want you to wash dry and put the dishes away. I don't mind doing that But they don't even leave a kitchen towel or paper towels. And you get one towel per person and you use that towel for the duration of your stay. They say they are a resort. Idk how. No beach towels. They should put it in their message before you book. So we decide we will make the beds when we get back from the pool its now 8p..and there's only 1 sheet set and a tiny blanket for one bed What about the other bed? The girls ended up sleeping on the pull out bed together that had a not so.clean sheet The parking is terrible. 20 rooms and 10 parking spaces. I won't be staying here again. I text them about the sheets at 830pm noone responded.......UPDATE...ITS NOW MONDAY. so over the weekend I spoke to Kimee. She answers the phone. Told her I saw a housekeeper(Sharon) cleaning the rooms and ask her about my room not being finished. She didnt know what I was talking about. I guess she doesnt do my room. But the guy that was there said oh I cleaned your room but I'm the maintenance guy and I'm really sorry I didnt finish your room. I'll be back later and get you what you need. We'll he never came back so I went to Sharon gave her 20.00 and ask if she would please bring sheets and a kitchen towel for my room. She did. Thank you Sharon.she made the beds and brought me a nice mat for the bathroom because when we stepped out of the shower the mat was disgusting because they didnt clean the floors. Evern Sharon was disgusted. I spoke to Kimee and she offered me a late checkout on Sunday. Well my son and his family were coming to the beach so I extended my stay til Monday. I messaged Kimee multiple times to ask for a late check out for Monday. Of course no response. So I'm here to tell you. There is no supervision Noone to contact if you need something. Its really pretty terrible. I have videos of the room how it was when I got there and how it was when I left. Garbage over flowing outside. Trash all over the pool. Noone even walks around the property to see if its presentable. They say you get what you pay for. But this place isn't cheap. One more thing. The wifi sucks. Couldn't even watch a full movie. The place is older but if they had better management it would be a great place. With all the problems its like they telll you. Oh well. If you do decide to stay here don't get room 100. Its right next to the road which extremely loud. And right outside the room there's a couch and sitting area. The only one and everyone congregate there. Very noisy ok. I'm done

This place was awesome. It’s clean, right on the beach and has everything you need. The pool is amazing especially if you have little ones. Kimmy the assistant manager was AMAZING, she helped us out ton with our room, any questions we had ,and making our stay go as smoothly as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this spot!!

Arvilla Resort is a little piece of heaven. It's right on the beach. The room was great and the bed was wildly comfy! Kimmy, the assistant manager was particularly great! She is friendly, attentive, and extremely kind!

Arvilla resort is on the beach, although the edge of the water is about 150 yds away. Spectacular location for sunsets. Clean and well kept. Pool is about 80 degrees. Perfect

SCAM!!! Do not book. Booked for $100 on 1/10/26. Trying to get my money refunded thru booking.com. Hotel was vacant, sign on door to go motel next door who informs us staff and manager quit. Shows us a room with a door that will not close all the way and no lock - feces on carpet - disgusting. Left me scrambling to find a room in the area. There were no guests present or cars. Like a scene from Bates Motel. Assuming the other recent reviews are fake.

Took my family here from New Years was told rooms are remodeled. What they don't tell you is the mattresses are about 20 years old disgusting and have bed bugs crawling on them. Wall plugs are not covered. Ac has mold in it. No refunds. I called the health board in Treasure Island and hopefully they do something. No one is there on property office has the dumbest hours I ever seen for a hotel. I have told everyone I know about this place and posted on Facebook.

We booked Arvilla Resort as a true last-minute New Year’s getaway when everything else was completely booked. We honestly took a gamble, and it paid off. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The rooms have been completely renovated and are spotless. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were so amazing that we actually tracked them down online and ordered some for home. The chairs outside each room are a thoughtful touch, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. While the pool was a bit too cold for us to get in, it was very clean and we saw staff maintaining it daily. One of the best perks: step right outside and you’re on the beach. It’s also within easy walking distance to many great restaurants, which made the stay even more convenient. We loved the keyless entry with a 4-digit code, no worrying about losing keys or cards. The mini-kitchen was well appointed, and the updated coffee pot was a nice bonus. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, coffee cups, bowls etc. Special shout-out to Amy, she was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. That personal touch really made a difference. We will absolutely be returning and would recommend Arvilla Resort to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, beachfront stay in Treasure Island.

Our room was beautiful, with a kitchenette. Perfect location, as the pool was right there, and a lovely sitting area right outside our door. The beach is beautiful, with trails to walk. The manager was absolutely amazing!!! She's there for all of your needs. We will be back!! And my daughter is going to plan a stay, as well. I 100% recommend!!!

My stay at the Arvilla was exceptional The room was recently renovated. Everything was super clean and cozy. The pool was crystal clear. The staff was helpful, pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. Great location to beach and close to places to eat. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back !

I booked thru Airbnb, check in was easy. Pictures don't do it justice, it's better. Our room was comfortable and spotless. King size bed. 75' TV. Fridge and Keurig Pool was prestine, watched pool Co come daily. Angie, property mgr was friendly and quick to answer. Mike, maintenance man, was knowledgeable and ready to accommodate us in any way. And I can't say enough nice things about Lisa Marie, housekeeping. She checked on us daily. DO NOT MISS A SUNSET! Beach/ocean is a literal 2 minute walk from the pool. We can't wait to be back in May. Thank you for a great vacation!
