Love this place. They did a remodel to the rooms and there is still not a better beach environment for the money. You aren’t fighting for a spot it’s essentially a private beach. It’s probably the best secret out there. Love this place and will come again. This is our third stay and the update was great.

We really loved our stay, everyone was so friendly. Great people at the desk, Kathy and Amy. They were so helpful and professional. Beds were comfortable. The Rooms could be updated. Furniture is older. After the rain storm on Saturday water leaked from stove exhaust on stove and kitchen cabinet area. We will be back to visit again.

Loved this. **Excellent location.** We stayed in a Queen room with sea view (1st floor) and had a fantastic view of the beach. Just steps from the patio to the sand. The property is recently renovated — everything felt new, fresh, and very clean. The beach was very clean and perfect for families. Calm, relaxed stay with kids. Only 5–10 minutes’ drive to Clearwater attractions, restaurants, and shops. We highly recommend this place — great value and truly felt like home.

I dream about my visit to this resort! I went in 2021 and everything about this place was fantastic! I showed up late and the helpful kind man who checked me in helped me bring my bag to my room. The mural, the room, the view, I was very lucky to have spent some time here. Some of the most gorgeous sunsets I’ve ever seen! I hope to come back one day!

Love this place. Always a beutiful sea view. Just walk from your room to the beach right in front. Quiet and beautiful place. Peaceful and nice people. Perfect!

Awesome location, beach is lovely, front desk people are sweet. My only complaint is we had to be evacuated due to Helene and have not heard back from them on a refund. Paid for 5 nights and stayed 1. If I get that refund and communication back then I will change service to 5 stars. So I did hear back finally. I meant to update a while ago. Sorry!! Ofc they had no service so couldn't respond but when they did they gave us a refund on the 4 nights we missed out on. Will go back this year.

The motel is really a few steps from the beach , that makes it's location exceptional. Beach is nice, not exceptional but really nice. The neighborhood is high-end , lots of mansions . Restaurants and stores are very close, by car, crossing the bridge. Staff is really nice. The units, more like apartments, have everything, kitchenette, fridge, cookware ... You get towels, toilet paper.. the standard.. if you need anything you can ask in the lobby, lobby hours are from 10 to 6. Units are dated, furniture, AC units.. they are dated but they work, once you get that, you will enjoy it very much, nice pool, 3 barbecues , chairs..just a very nice place.

A hidden gem! A wonderful location right on the beach. Very quiet and secluded from the busier beaches. Very clean room and comfy bed. Kathy and staff were the best! And mascot Alan was a great addition. I definitely would stay here again!! No complaints???????
