We've stayed here often. This motel is the best version of " Old Florida" at its finest - and simplest. Large, clean rooms & furnishings, family friendly with tiki huts and big chairs- right on the beach! Staff is accomodating, friendly, and always ready to assist. Shout out to Ralph the handyman! If you want a place that's very low key, far from the crowds & commercialism of Clearwater Beach - with the BEST STRETCH OF BEACH AND SUNSETS, INCLUDED - do yourself a favor and book a few nights. You'll be hooked!

This hidden gem is on a private beach, at least 5 miles from stores and restaurants. We enjoyed a secluded beach and pool, and the motel ex room actually had two entrances: the pool was on one side and the ocean was on the other! Awesome!

Single dad on a budget, i work over 80 hours a week and was just looking for a place to stay that would not brake the bank and near/on the beach. This place was perfect, from the ease of checking in to a quick walk to my room to a quick walk to the beach. Kids loved it, I got to relax, and you are only a few minutes from pretty much anything you need. The Beach is clean, water clear and we saw dolphins from a distance. This is now my new place to go when I need a beach day.

Great place to stay! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice little kitchenettes, private beach w/chairs to use. The neighborhood was very quiet and upper end. We did have to go get our own clean towels but that wasn't really an issue. We were able to see fireworks being shot at clearwater beach that was really nice. I would stay here again.

This Motel is a hidden gem on the beaches of Clearwater area. I challenge you to find a more desirable beach in the area! The first floor of the motel has been totally remodeled due to the last hurricane damage. We had a King Suite and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed having two TV's in case each of us wished to view a different program at the same time. The bathroom is pretty small, but doable. The only suggestion we have for the rooms is to supply napkins for guests. We are in our 70's so we really appreciated the guests who abided by the signs that asked for no loud noise after 10 pm. The sunsets were truly amazing. We plan to return at a later date. Cheryl and Paul

Love this place. They did a remodel to the rooms and there is still not a better beach environment for the money. You aren’t fighting for a spot it’s essentially a private beach. It’s probably the best secret out there. Love this place and will come again. This is our third stay and the update was great.

We really loved our stay, everyone was so friendly. Great people at the desk, Kathy and Amy. They were so helpful and professional. Beds were comfortable. The Rooms could be updated. Furniture is older. After the rain storm on Saturday water leaked from stove exhaust on stove and kitchen cabinet area. We will be back to visit again.

Loved this. **Excellent location.** We stayed in a Queen room with sea view (1st floor) and had a fantastic view of the beach. Just steps from the patio to the sand. The property is recently renovated — everything felt new, fresh, and very clean. The beach was very clean and perfect for families. Calm, relaxed stay with kids. Only 5–10 minutes’ drive to Clearwater attractions, restaurants, and shops. We highly recommend this place — great value and truly felt like home.

I dream about my visit to this resort! I went in 2021 and everything about this place was fantastic! I showed up late and the helpful kind man who checked me in helped me bring my bag to my room. The mural, the room, the view, I was very lucky to have spent some time here. Some of the most gorgeous sunsets I’ve ever seen! I hope to come back one day!
