Wonderful stay. Great pool steps from a beautiful white sands beach. Good-humored attentive staff. And such nice guests- we made several new friends. Our family's first stay at Sunset Vistas. We plan to make it our vacation home away from home.

Chris who was at the desk when I checked out along with the woman who all I remember about her was it was her first week on the job and her manager Julie left saying I’ll be back in a half hour with a long line of people at the desk. Those two people were the only kind and courteous people there. Room was disgusting from crap all over the counters to the floor pee all over the toilet seat, shower had crud all over it! And no one came to clean it up for hours. And when they did all they cleaned was the toilet! I cleaned the room ! Absolutely disgusting!! No reimbursement nothing offer to switch to a clean room nothing!

Beautiful location, amazing views! We did the direct oceanfront room, loved that balcony. It was nice to have a small bar and restaurant on-site. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were doing some exterior painting while we were there, but it didn't affect us at all. Would go back, no doubt.

Decent place. Bartending staff super rude and the staff when checking out was rude to us, check out at 10 but they were knocking on our door at 9:45. Location is amazing with perfect beach access. Pool and hot tub are nice. The place is under construction and the parking lot is tight if you have a larger vehicle. Some rooms are outdated and a little grimey. Elevators are sketchy. But that all might be on their remodel list? Maybe in like 5 years I’d stay again lol

My wife and I came for a quick weekend getaway and was pleased. The staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly Allie at the beach bar, she was great. The rooms were very clean and the beds are comfy. Only one vehicle per room though so if you're with multiple parties you may want to plan for that.

First day we show up they are painting the outside and all the elevators were down but one. We were in the room two hours to find out the toilet tank was leaking on the floor when it is flushed. Called maintenance and they couldn't fix it till 10:30 the next morning and would put us on the top priority list. Needless to say they never showed up. They are dredging the beach still so what a hell of a time going to the beach to walk over the big black hose right outside the beach. We checked out because this place sucks so bad. For the money you spend its best to get real service, real views and real value for your money.

Needs to be updated. Should offer military Discount. Our sofa was nasty. Tiki bar is fun and Bear was great. Jules at the front desk is super nice. Gym didn't open on time and should open earlier. Cafe has great options. The pool was closed due to malfunction but got fixed after two days. Jules did compensate us for this. It's not bad but used to be better. For the price needs updates especially in non-peak season. We checked out after 2 days for something better and less expensive. If they make changes and make it more affordable, I may consider it again because of the location alone.

Our family had a great time! 2-bedroom room layout is awesome for a family like ours with teenagers. We had a master suite, one teen got their own room, the other slept on the pullout couch (his choice! :) ). The space is really nicely updated and has a great layout plus it has everything you need in the kitchen. The hotel is right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. The cafe has great french toast and sausage as well as lots of other meals and snacks, which is super convenient. It also has good prices. Plus there are other restaurants to walk to if you wish, including Dunkin Donuts for the family members who need their coffee or donut treat in the morning. Staff was very friendly and happy to help! We'd absolutely stay there again!

Location is great, rooms are spacious and the view is magnificent, front dest receptionists are very friendly and welcoming........ Unfortunately the pool was closed during our weekend stay due to some issues with the pumps and the tvs in the bedrooms are dated and very small, about 19 inches. But overall we did enjoy out stay.
