What an amazing staff Corey was so friendly and helpful. I had a long day today d travel and he made my check-in process painless. I will definitely stay here agian and also to go out of his way like he did I can’t be more grateful. Bed is comfortable rooms are spotless location for me was spot on.

The customer service provider by the manager and the receptionist on the duty was very bad. Even had a reservation, they say there were no rooms available. After waiting they did the check in and asking me to sign a document regarding $50 dollars deposit charge in the event the room wasn't returned in good condition. Next day upon checking out and after confirming everything was in order on the room. I received the receipt for the room charge. However when asking for the refund and receipt the $50 dollars guarantee document. They rudely say didn't know what I was talking about and insisted I never signed anything. They never give me the document. Later the bank send me an alert for charge the room plus $50 dollars, despite their say no such document existed. My advice is to always ask for a copy of any document you sign on the same moment. The check in staff at this hotel cannot trusted.

My stay here was awesome we had friendly customer service, clean rooms, and breakfast was delicious. The establishment was all clean, neat, smells good & cozy. Whenever I’m back in town will definitely be booking again!

My daughter stayed here alone for 6 weeks when her father was very ill in the hospital. She spent the holidays alone and it was very comforting knowing how kind the staff were, they really showed her such kindness and really made a difference during such a difficult time. I personally want to thank Helene, Maggie, Daniella for being so kind to my daughter. My daughter says she felt very safe during her stay, the room was very clean, and everyone was so accommodating. She came home with very fond memories of her stay as the staff really showed her such humanity when she needed it the most. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but the highlight of my experience was definitely the breakfast. Every morning felt like a treat thanks to Shey, the cook who clearly puts care and passion into every dish she prepares. Shey goes above and beyond to make sure guests start their day right. The food was always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—from the fluffy eggs to the crispy bacon and delicious breakfast specials. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in the quality and presentation of the meals. What made it even more special was Shey’s warm and welcoming attitude. She greets guests with a smile and creates such a friendly, positive atmosphere in the breakfast area. It’s rare to find someone who not only cooks great food but also genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. If you’re staying here, don’t skip breakfast—you’ll be missing out on one of the best parts of the hotel. Huge thanks to Shay for making mornings something to look forward to!

Last week my wife and I spent 4 nights at this Holiday Inn Express. We had a king suite for the same price as most other rooms. The room was very clean, appeared to be freshly painted, and had a VERY comfortable bed! The staff was friendly and accommodating and took care of any issues promptly. We were surprised how quite the location was. We heard no traffic noise and there was 1 train that went by in 4 days so don't let the nearby train tracks deter you! One suggestion - why not serve chicken sausage or bacon instead of pork sausage (the pork links were not very good) for breakfast. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the Clearwater/Largo area. The excellent blackout window shades were a real plus!

We went for an overnight stay in Largo and picked this Holiday Inn Express. We got lucky! We have stayed in many hotels in Largo and I have to say this one has been by far the best one so far! The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and smell great. The staff were wonderful and so nice. They also offer 24 hour coffee. I need to also mention that the bed and pillows were very comfortable. That is a rare thing these days! Plus, I can’t forget the complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!!

I wish i could give 100 stars. Flew in from out of state for a family medical emergency at Largo HCA just down the street. Helene the manager and her team were a bright light in a dark times providing warmth and care in a very scary time for me. Helene made sure that I was taken care of. The food was amazing. The bed was so comfy. Holiday Inn Largo will forever have a place in my heart. Above and beyond hospitality.

Maggie was so helpful when I stopped by for my visit in town. She was tackling multiple phone calls and still helped my friends and I, alongside being a delight to talk to. The breakfast here was wonderful as well, a delightful surprise. The rooms were nice and the beds were so very comfortable, I slept wonderfully both nights.

we stayed at this hotel from sunday the 19th of October to the 22nd of October.. our stay was absolutley wonderful.. ALL of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a couple issues we had ( one being our fault and one being a toilet that wouldn't stop running ) the rooms were nice ans spotless.. the beds were clean and very soft almost too soft for my liking. our housekeeper Lucretia was AMAZING... she went way above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of.. the breakfast was nice and warm.. i wasn't crazy about the eggs, but the biscuits and gravy were very good.. very nice decore throughout the entery way showing support for Breast Cancer Awareness month.. the GM also told me where to find the cute pink pumpkins next tot he front desk.. overal i have founf my new place to stay when i am in the Clearwater area... the price was great andthe location is good.. only problem i have with the location is gettg out of the parking lot in the early mornings.. but that isn't their fault.. traffic is just very heavy around there
