Such a lovely, historic hotel! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast (included) was amazing. We did not have a chance to use the pool, but hope to on a future visit. The shampoo was not great for my hair, but that is easily addressed for the future. Also, if you are sensitive to light when you sleep, I recommend an eye mask, as the sun does make the room quite bright in the morning. Overall a lovely hotel/B&B experience:)

This is a very nice hotel to stay at. They have wonderful amenities, the employees are very friendly & helpful and is close to the beaches and restaurants with a full healthy breakfast and the rooms are always clean. The Management team offer exceptional customer service, and any accommodations needed for individual stays and group stays. This hotel has a lot of history in famous people who have stayed here like Babe Ruth and Marilyn Monroe.

We spent 3 nights at Crystal Bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the time we arrived to our departure. There are several types of rooms, and they were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was awesome. They had many small touches that added to the experience, such as fresh coffee, tea and water in the lobby, umbrellas if needed, pool towels that they allowed us to take to the beach, etc. Location was convenient to get to beaches and to the downtown district. It was well worth the price.

What a gem. We’re in St. Pete visiting family and had the loveliest stay at Crystal Bay Hotel. Traveling with a small dog can sometimes feel stressful, but they were incredibly accommodating to Bella and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spotless, the beds and pillows are so comfortable, and we loved the old Florida charm throughout the property. Our room opened onto the veranda, which made the whole stay feel peaceful and nostalgic. The staff is genuinely warm and welcoming. One detail that really stood out was the 24-hour coffee and tea setup. We came in around 8 p.m. exhausted and were so thankful for fresh decaf coffee, chamomile tea, honey, and every thoughtful touch waiting for us. The complimentary breakfast was also above and beyond. Belgian waffles, omelets, bacon, sausage, beautiful fresh fruit, and such a wonderful assortment overall. We loved sitting outside on the veranda overlooking the lawn and bay while we ate. Charming pool, lots of personality, wonderful staff, and such a relaxing atmosphere overall. Highly recommend.

Beautiful older hotel. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was a great size as well. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty to choose from. I especially like the online check in. Made it very easy. Parking was right across the street and there was always a space available. My only issue was the howling wind that would come in through the AC unit.units. Would definitely stay again.

A quiet hotel in a quiet part of town. Built in 1916, this hotel exudes its history, but is quite up-to-date with all the conveniences that one would expect in a chain hotel. The breakfast was ok. The room was large and relaxing. My wife and I stayed at the hotel the night before we started the C2C bike ride across FL to Titusville. The hotel is a 3 minute ride to the Pinellas Trail. Hotel staff had no trouble giving us a convenient place to lock our bikes overnight. Starting at the Crystal Bay instead of the trailhead in downtown St Pete saved us the trouble of parking our car. Downtown parking garages all impose a 72-hr limit for parking, and the C2C trip takes 5 or 6 days! On-street parking next to and near the Crystal Bay is plentiful, safe, and free. And my wife and I were happy to start our ride with a 44 mile day, rather than a 51 mile day!

Wonderful hotel with loads of old style charm in a great location. We booked the Babe Ruth room which had a separate sunny sitting room and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and the best we had during our 2 weeks in Florida with exceptional service from the cook "Jesus"

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. We took a large group of teenagers from the UK on a school trip to florida and chose this hotel to stay in for a few nights. Throughout our stay they were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. They really made our stay feel like home. After chatting to Patrick on the front desk about books, he bought me a book I wanted to read and said it was a gift from the hotel. They really were the nicest people and we would definitely go back. Also the breakfast is delicious and it's a great location!

This hotel is so unique and the staff is incredibly helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast and was able to book an additional night on my stay. I will definitely stay here again.

The kindness from everyone. The greetings The welcome written in the bed blanket. The breakfast was not a continental! Fresh fruit with variety,eggs, bacon, yogurt , oatmeal,cereal, sausage, hasbrowns, variety of pastries, then items you can also take on the go. Views are great, with a beautiful porch. Safe area, close to st.johns pass, the beach, many other places. Oh and the house just opposite of park is beautiful during holiday Christmas time.
