Had my wedding here back in 2009, all our guests stayed here with a lot of room. We spend every vacation in this area we always stay here.

most ground level has fallen into disrepair unfortunately due to hurricanes. we had 5 different rooms here and all were dirty. dirty dishes, dust, dirty floors. wonky door locks/keys. everyone had allergy problems due to MOLD. listen, I live in florida almost my whole life so I know how these things work. Unless they conduct a full mold remediation process, THERE IS MOLD, THERE WILL BE MOLD! And you will have reactions to it.

This place was quite beautiful. The condo we happen to rent was nice- however -the condo, our friend rented which was a two bedroom which wasn’t quite as clean. Especially the shower. But other than that, no complaints

Quaint. Great saltwater swimming pool. The only thing I didn't like was the bed mattress was sunken in the middle. I didn't get much sleep. Kids and wife did though. Also there's not much for restaurants in walking distance but one high priced place.

Great location, right on the intercostal and across the street from the beach. Coffee and a nice restaurant right next door. Everything we needed was already in the condo. Only down side is there isn’t enough shade around the pool and I couldn’t find an ice machine anywhere!

Simple little resort perfect for a couple people. The room was super clean, the way they did. The towels was very well. Pool had lots of little kids. No rowdy people at all. Great place.! I would highly recommend this place

The location of this place is great, only a block away from the beach. We went during a weekday so there was hardly a soul o. The beach which was great. The apartment was really clean, with the basic amenities provided. The only drawback for us was the mattress, it definitely was not up to standard. We didn’t complain about it since it was only two nights. Other than that, everything else was great.

Beautiful facility with amenities across the street from the beach; one thing though…people are “reserving” pool chairs with a towel and it has got to stop, the resort needs to strongly put a stop to it and enforce it. They come down at 6:30AM and comandeer a chair with a towel and then go back to the rooms for two more hours. I will take one of those chairs each and every time I see it ?

We went end of May and all of the first level rooms and majority of 2nd level rooms were under construction/renovation from the storms. Contractors everywhere. Need to post on their website “under construction”. We would not have booked had we known. No Stars Found a medical type needle in the sofa, cushions on sofa have plywood under them, front door lock not operable, floors are filthy (My grand kids feet were black). Appliances are old. 2 ???? Bathroom was nice and renovated and bedrooms were nice. New AC unit worked well. Across the street from the beach. Would not go back??

Attention to detail is 5 star with cleanliness and stocking of the rooms. Great location for going across the street for beach access and near the 699 bridge. Management was very professional, welcoming, and accomodating, another 5 star here as well!
