We enjoyed our stay overall. Service was friendly. Room was clean only issue i found was the refrigerator wasnt wiped out well and had alot of milk and dirt in bottom of door shelf. Bed was ok... stayed on much worse. There was plenty of utensils, plates and cups. Studio had no cooktop. Elevator in far building was very slow but worked. I wish the pool and hottub were open past 9. The pool and deck were beautifully kept. The location was superb as it was less than a 10 min walk to John's Pass but majority of those establishments also close between 9-10. I think 2 bars stay open later. Loved being able to walk right on to the beach. We would definitely return.

Have been here 3 times. Its always wonderful. The beach front rooms are comfortable and have a beautiful view and sunset. Both pools and hot tub are well kept and the rooftop lounge is nice... the only thing its missing is a bar lol but thats okay because it's just a quick walk to Johns Pass!

Our room was clean and more than adequate for our stay. The shower was hot with great water pressure, mini fridge, microwave everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location can not be beat….literally steps from the beach, which made morning walks perfect! Our first night was too chilly to use the pool or hot tub so we returned a few days later for another night and enjoyed the hot tub!

Had a great stay!! Staff is super friendly and helpful!! Room was clean, well appointed and had a great view! Sunsets from roof top deck were amazing! Very comfortable beds! Location is perfect!! Pool and jacuzzi were great!! We can’t wait to come back!!

Fantastic stay!!!!!!! Every employee was extremely friendly and had great customer services skills. The room was very clean and had a gorgeous beach view. The pools were spotless and a perfect way to relax and enjoy heated water on this winter day. I will definitely be staying here again

Hard to rate this place. It's a typical florida motel type pace, but is above average. Place seems to be done up recently so everything is clean and working. Pool area is great. Rooms are good. Nothing to complain about in this style of place. Remember no lobby, breakfast etc. I'd recommend it for what it is.

My family just enjoyed a long weekend at this hotel. We enjoyed every bit of it! The pool area was beautiful and kept clean (although, it would be a plus for the back fencing to be plexiglass or slats to see the beautiful ocean view). The rooms were beautiful, up to date and very clean. What really made our trip there the most pleasant was the staff, Jeremy was wonderful from check in to even sending items back home to me that I absentmindedly left behind. The ladies in charge of rooms were so sweet and kind (and busy!). We will definitely be back!

The atmosphere and location were exceptional. What wonderful place and vibe. Feet from the beach and within walking distance of a # of places to eat and shop(John's pass) Definitely will be back. Room was great. Not sure it was a real size queen bed. Will get king room next time.

The first room they gave us had obvious water damage along the ceiling. The room was on the top floor ocean front. The front desk was very accommodating and offered us a choice of 2 other rooms. We took what we thought was the better of the two but it was still very run down and dated. Worst of all the bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard with the occasional spring poking out. This place was not cheap. You can forgive a lot of things if you are getting a good nights sleep. The room (especially the bed) was so bad we left a day early even though the room was prepaid for our entire stay through Expedia. I appreciate the owners responding but this review is not retaliatory. It is an honest review of what we experienced from the 4th floor ocean front room we were given.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay here for his birthday weekend. The staff could not have been more friendly and even gave us a special experience for the sanding ovations beach festival in town. The rooms were very clean and had the most beautiful beach view. I would definitely recommend staying here.
