Really great place, very clean. I was worried that it isn’t a buffet style breakfast but the Bistro was great quality food and very filling.

Location - The hotel is located in close proximity to the St Petersburg airport, with shuttle service available. It’s accessible to most major highways 275, 4, etc. There are plenty of fast food places around, CVS, but good restaurants are a drive. Safety - The area can seem sketchy at night as we had to report a suspicious man in the parking lot. We observed many other hotel (not Courtyard) guests on the road (smoking away from/outside their hotel) leading up to the Courtyard. Service - The staff there was phenomenal as we had a hiccup upon arrival, whereby one of the rooms we blocked was given away. Management accommodated us for the night and had us in our reserved rooms the next day. Room service- They were there when we needed them and they kept our room clean for the week. Rooms - If you’re traveling with a family, I recommend a “1 bedroom suite” to give you the additional room (pull out sofa) for the kids. We opted for the 1 bedroom king with a courtyard balcony pool view and an adjoining 2 queen bedroom courtyard pool view. This provided more than enough space for the teens. Pool - we found out late in our stay that the pool is heated. It appeared well maintained and clean. They have a market and a Bistro onsite with basic fast quick food for breakfast and dinner. Check open/close times as they may vary. We were recommended Guppy’s on the beach in Indian Rocks, but we had dined there previously. But other options are within a minimal (10 mile) drive.

Stayed here one night as part of a vacation. The hotel is clean and we'll maintained. The staff was amazing! They were helpful with recommending options for dining, and the shuttle for the airport was fast and the driver was great. Thank you for one of the best stays that I have had in some time.

Nice room. Hotel very clean. Need to improve customer service. Couldn't understand the person at the front desk when I checked in. Woman running the cafe wasn't around. Waited 10 minutes before she magically appeared from the kitchen(There was no one in the restaurant but me). Very abrupt and rude.

This hotel has become our “home away from home.” We travel a lot between Tampa and Miami and this is the only place we stay! Our 3 year old loves the pool, breakfast is amazing, rooms are amazing and clean (smells amazing as well), and all the staff are kind and helpful. It also helps that they have a gym with everything you need to get a good workout in! So glad we discovered this hidden gem.

I have been to many parties in a meeting room here and it is the perfect versatile place with enough tables and chairs that can be arranged in a variety of ways. I walk through the lobby and on weekends, guests are hanging out and it looks like a fun time, on weekends nights it is quiet. It is clean and the staff are friendly and the location and parking are great.

This location is very convenient due to its proximity to the interstate and many areas you may need to travel in and around St. Petersburg and Clearwater. I am a weekly traveler for work and have found that this Courtyard could be so good if they just tweaked a few things. The front desk staff are hit or miss, the rooms are dated, and the service at the cafe is often missing due to staffing issues. The outside of this hotel looks so nice, but it's deceiving. Perhaps with improved management, greater customer service and more staffing consistency it can reach its potential.

We enjoyed our two nights at this hotel. Although this part of town is not touristy and looks a little sketchy, we felt safe staying here and didn't have any problems. All of the staff members we encountered were very kind and professional. The hotel is very clean, and mostly quiet. They do seem to allow dogs to stay here though. We heard a lot of barking walking past several rooms. Other than that, there weren't any noise issues. Very nice courtyard.

This place is beautiful! The courtyard and pool are very inviting. I LOVE the team!! They were great, and anytime I needed something, they were happy to help. The rooms were updated, and the bed was comfortable. I was there 4 nights. Now the negatives..the bathrooms are loud. As in the shower door, it echoes in the room when you close it and when flushing the toilet, you can hear it in the room also....very loud. It is okay if you are the only person in the room or you sleep hard... but not if you have other guests with you. Be prepared to wake up. Although it is loud, you do not hear other room noises, so that is a plus. Now, driving to the hotel is a little weird. You have to pass some not so desirable hotels, overgrown trees, and cars parked on the street. But once you are on the property, it is beautiful and safe!! I will still stay here again because I felt safe and it is close to the airport and close to the beach.

The room was descent but the body wash was empty. Everything else was excellent. Just check the body wash, shampoo and conditioner when you arrive.
