I recently celebrated my birthday at the Wyndham in Clearwater, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. A special thank you to Mr. Gerardo, who made my check-in experience exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made sure my request for a high-floor room was accommodated, which I truly appreciated. The complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and towel service were great. To make my birthday even more special, Gerardo and the front desk team surprised me with a basket of treats and a birthday cake in my room. I also received a lovely bottle of wine and cake from Yoli Zayas and the In-House Reservations team. These gestures went above and beyond and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The only minor areas for improvement would be the room service from the restaurant, which did not quite match the high level of service provided by the rest of the hotel, and having a microwave in the room would have been helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Thank you to Gerardo, Yoli, Isabella (pool) and the entire team for making my birthday celebration so special!

My husband and I just stayed here for our 20th anniversary getaway. We absolutely loved it! The valet staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. Our room had a great view from the 14th floor. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day. It was so nice to have everything we needed so close! The pool was warm and clean. The beach was so close to the hotel, just steps away! We ate at all 3 of the restaurants offered at the hotel. We would highly recommend the Wyndham Grand in Clearwater!

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions, which made everything so convenient. They were also kind enough to accommodate a late checkout for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Excellent stay from start to finish! Everything about this hotel was outstanding. The entire property was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff truly made the experience special—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they take pride in providing great service. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Clearwater Beach.

Was here for a business conference. All staff was amazing and helpful. Great pool with yummy drinks, beach chairs included with resort fee, pool gets busy quick. Room service was my go-to but the onsite restaurant I went to twice… It was expensive but SO good. Went for morning walks on the boardwalk and down the beach and felt perfectly safe alone. Great experience.

My husband and I stayed here four nights for a conference. It is a beautiful hotel and a perfect location next to the beach. Every staff member we came in contact with was nothing but friendly, professional and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and kept meticulously clean. Our room was very nice. Bed was comfy. Our only complaint would be that the air in the room wouldn't go below 70 degrees. We're from Oklahoma, so we like it colder and it just couldn't get there. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would stay again!

Stayed here in October 2025 and previously in October 2023 for work conferences. A terrific, clean, modern facility. If you want to park on-property, your only option is valet. The room was spotless and well-lit. It was inviting to walk in after a long day of conferences. The indoor and outdoor bars were also very nice with good food. Everyone was very friendly.

I stayed with my boyfriend in February. We had a great time making use of the beach chairs + umbrella that were included with the resort fee. I thought they would deliver food + non-alcoholic beverages to us on the beach, but the team at the pool bar said we needed to order at the bar. It’s a good thing we asked or we wouldn’t have known. We enjoyed the 24 hour room service. We ate breakfast everyday at the hotel with our vouchers. It was consistently eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fruit, waffles, etc. It was a decent selection. I wish they mixed up one or more elements each day to keep it interesting. There were Wyndham timeshare people outside of the pool and they were a bit persistent on trying to get us to purchase a timeshare. We just wanted to enjoy our vacation that we already purchased at the property. I would go back! It’s waterfront and a great location in Clearwater.

We had an outstanding experience at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach, thanks in large part to Katie Hogan, Conference Services Manager. Katie was incredibly organized, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire planning and execution process. She anticipated needs, handled details seamlessly, and was a true partner in making our event a success. The venue, staff, and service were all excellent, and our attendees were very impressed. Highly recommend for conferences and large events.

I live in the area, but I had a work event for the week at this venue, and all employees were offered a room for the week. The hotel feels newer and clean/ very modern designs. The bed was surprisingly super comfy, and the room was spacious and it did have a small balcony with chairs, which was nice (although a cold front was visiting this same week, so I had no real desire to go outside much Ha). The catered lunches and snack break food and drinks were pretty good each day. I ordered room service each morning and friendly staff brought breakfast to me surprisingly quick each time! Being a local, I prefer St Pete beach to Clearwater beach hands down - but... being at a work event and being on the ocean and waking up to the sea breeze, I would really be challenged to find something to complain about. This is paradise. ?I would consider staying here again for sure.
