I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It definitely deserves 5 stars. The rooms and the entire hotel were clean, and the staff were very attentive, including the front desk receptionist. The breakfast was different every day and absolutely delicious. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was the first one where laundry was free, which was a great bonus. The only thing I would change is the pool—it feels a bit small for such a large hotel. However, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable, clean, and a great experience.

First time at a Staybridge Suites and about my 3rd time in St. Pete. I was a little hesitant based on some of the reviews I read but I'm glad I stayed. Staff - Everyone (and I mean everyone) front the front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance were super nice and friendly. Hotel and room - very nice hotel and clean from my observations. I didn't partake in the free breakfast but it did look good every morning. My room was clean, well stocked and everything worked. If you want housekeeping, you need to request the day before. On-site laundry was available and it was free. Super Nice! Parking can be a bit challenging, especially on the weekends but I did not have to park on the road at any point of my 13 day stay. Location - on the outskirts of downtown St. Pete but within minutes from most places. If business brings me back to St. Pete at any point, this will be my first choice.

Really nice hotel, had dishes and utensils, pots and pans, fridge and microwave. Wolf be great for a long stay. All the staff were great, however, Princess really stood out with her very welcoming personality. A great person to be upfront, first impressions hold a ton of weight and she nailed it. I went out of my way to let her know it.

Loved that we could bring our dog for our 2 night stay. Liz in housekeeping was hugely helpful :) When we arrived we realized we had booked the wrong suite & I found Liz on our floor and she did such an amazing job helping us switch! Also helped us in getting more high top chairs as we were hosting a meal in our suite. Also, Lashawn in the breakfast area takes tremendous pride in her work, and the breakfast was lovely and so delicious ?, and her smile was infectious ? hotel was quiet. Parking was super tight on the weekend, that was the only drawback in addition to the rooms were a bit old & the tv remote shows Netflix etc, but they said none of that worked when we called the front desk for assistance.

This hotel is something special! I am from NY but will only stay at this Staybridge Suites because of the staff especially. The front desk ladies (specifically Chrisella, Sakina, and Princess) are the MOST welcoming, professional, kind, courteous and accommodating staff you will find anywhere. I’ve stayed at over 50 hotels up and down the east coast, and this hotel is SUPERIOR to them all. From the comfortable and extremely clean rooms, to the phenomenal breakfast made by the chef and sous chef. The maintenance staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful whenever necessary. This is THE place to stay if you ever come and visit St. Pete!

I really like Staybridge Suites. But I was just looking at my credit card statement. I notice a fee of $10.70 on 01-18-26. We stayed there 01-14-26 checked out the next day. We stay there due to my great grandson had doctors appointments and tests for 01-25-26 with John Hopkins Hospital. I called to find out why there was a $10.70 on my credit card. They advised me it was for parking. Now mind you the hotel had a parking lot. So when did hotels start charging to park in their own parking lots. Doesn't make since. The price of rooms are high enough now you have to pay for parking in their lots. That is not right.

Had a wonderful stay here and really enjoyed the breakfast. Weekday breakfast staff were wonderful. Pool was warm and nice, rooms were nice. Location is decent. One easy way to improve, is to be please update the amenities to indicate that parking is paid ($10/day) not free.

Overall my stay with this hotel was great. Princess provided great customer service. The breakfast was great, as was the social hour they do on Wednesdays. Fully equipped kitchen for extended stays. However, our stay was plagued by a few issues. First, we were put in a double queen room when we booked a king. We came back down and let them know the issue, and we were put in a king after some back and forth, and it felt that the person behind the desk was slightly annoyed about it. Then in our king room, there were items in the fridge left behind by the previous occupant. And for the hotel having paid parking, it is very difficult to find a parking spot. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying again.

Five stars all because of the wonderful Princess! She is literally a Queen and is the only reason I booked here based on all of the amazing reviews on her. She didn't even know how everyone raves about her! She was welcoming, accommodating and was able to resolve any issues incredibly quick and with a positive attitude and a smile. Overall, the location is central. Only a few minutes to downtown. Bummer that they charge $10 for parking but the free breakfast and laundry makes up for that. This is a long term stay hotel so it definitely shows the wear and tear but if your only there for a night or two, its well worth the stay just to be close to downtown and have a beautiful breakfast. But, like I said it was Princess that made the stay worthwhile 100%. Staybridge Suites needs to seriously give her a MAJOR RAISE and consider moving her up to corporate and have her travel to all of their hotels to show them how customer service is done! This is probably my 1st hotel review and its well deserved. Thank you Princess! - Victoria

We had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and our stay pleasant. We really enjoyed the free hot breakfast with so many choices available. Our room with a kitchen was very clean and convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to stay here again.
