The room was clean and well-maintained. The only minor issue was some calcium buildup on the showerhead. Our daughter had a blast in the pool, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, the only thing that would have made it better is a waffle maker! Housekeeping didn't come daily, but that was easy enough to work around. Overall a great experience, and we'll definitely be back!"

We def recommend this hotel, we stayed only one night as we were road-tripping thru Florida and we were going to meet friends in clear water for the day. We made it in almost a 4 am, the front desk was incredibly sweet and checked us in super fast they are pet friendly and the rooms were super spacious! The price was great! as a family of 5 we have to compromise privacy in order to be together in same room, these suites were very spacious and nice! ours had a 2 bedroom and kitchen and couch. I was too exhausted to wake up for breakfast but the kids were raving about it and even brought me some up that I ate once I woke up. My kids kept wanting to go back and stay there after traveling and checking in at other hotels.

Assistant manager Bryce and staff member Quinn are the best employees at this hotel. They treated customers with genuine kindness and professionalism. Hotel is not new but very well maintained and clean. Clearwater beach is only 5-6mins drive. Definitely Will stay again.

Great hotl is you dont need all the bella and whistles of some of the other hotels in the are and want somewhere relatively affordable in this area to stay. Front desk was super helpful when needed. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was nice and quiet. Complementary breakfast was good.

The day personnel were not very friendly to the in house guest. They seemed to carry on conversations between themselves and were not openly friendly to the guest. The in room desk telephone's did not function to contact the front desk. The tile grout in the bathroom was dirty. The hotel was in a good location, close to Morgan Plant hospital. The room was neat and clean and had a great bead. Over all the hotel was a good place to stay.

My Louis Vuitton purse was stolen from room 610 on january 8th. Due to no protocol in place I was not assisted to recover it until a day later. I am giving a $1000 reward for the recovery of my purse...a police report is filed and an investigation is underway. You will be prosecuted. If you deliver it to the clearwater police department as found item I will not prosecute. a very expensive purse in a bureau yesterday. Called immediately to report when i realized it. No manager on duty. Inept front desk woman would not assist or escalate. Conveniently it disappeared. I email front desk manager asking for help and was told he wasn't in until noon. When I called at 2:30pm I was told he was on a "smoke break" didnt call back a frantic customer when he got in at noon. Was told it "couldn't be his housekeeping department " as a bonvoy elite member who rented 4 rooms for this week i am appalled. 0/0. They don't care at all!!

Great stay! Beautiful rooms, such comfortable beds, and delicious breakfast! The staff is awesome, and it's in a great location. I stayed for a work trip, but my husband and I are already planning a vacation to Clearwater and planning to stay here!!

We loved this hotel!! From check in to checkout, it was a huge improvement from the last hotel we stayed at. We came from Lake City FL after driving 9 hours, our hotel was horrible, we decided come just come all the way to Clearwater. Our front desk associate was sweet and so accommodating. Room was clean and large, we could definitely stretch out and feel at home. Breakfast, holy moly, was on point everyday!!! It was delicious, you can’t miss it! Also, the view was awesome, we were only 10 minutes from Clearwater beach. We can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely staff but too many problems to ignore. Oven with no oven mitts, tissue paper toilet paper, stained toilet, shower that dripped all night long, only way to get ice was to wait 12+ hours until your ice maker started working or go all the way back to the front desk yourself, very loud air conditioning, etc. It felt like a hotel that used to be very nice. No smells and we did feel safe here. The breakfast was great — probably the best part. For the price, and with the amount of options in the area, we wouldn’t return.

I would have given this place 5 stars if it weren't for them not acknowledging one being a Bonvoy platinum elite. I say this because most Marriott hotels no longer seem to acknowledge this and to get to Platinum Elite is no easy task. Usually, you get 2 water bottles for free when you arrive as well. The room was spacious and nice. The bathtub kept dripping at night and the A/C would do a weird thing where it would kick on and turn back off 2 seconds later throughout the night. That wasn't fixed. The people at the front were nice though. Breakfast selection was ok.
