Good location, but the same issues we had from 2 years ago have not been rectified. Hide-a-bed coach in our room was bent and horrible. Holes in carpets around the property, some emergency lights in horrible condition. Pool was cloudy. Front desk people overwhelmed or simply not paying attention. Not what I expect from a Residence Inn. Plus, as a Gold Elite member, I get late check out. They would not agree to extend it. I'm a Marriott fan, but I'd never stay at this property again. There are numerous other choices in the area from other brands.

I want to give a huge shout out to Chad, and Riely our valet. There is a woman in the afternoons I didnt catch her name!!! They have been great an very helpful with directions, recommending places to go. Also getting our car so quickly!! This is our first time to Clearwater. We had a blast!! The hotel is great, perfect location. We hope to be back soon!!! Thank you everyone!!!

Stayed at this location several times and this week was beyond great. They gave us the 1 special suite with the party patio, loved it. Isabel at the front desk was amazing, I would come back just on her personality and positive attitude! Thx Residence team for a great stay.

As we are coming to the end of our over 10 days stay here at this place, we are looking forward to our next year to coming back. This palace had delivered everything it promises and more at every level. The amazing location, the wonderful front desk staff, the amazing breakfast spread and staff, not to mention the housekeeping staff. And to top it all off, the Valet parking staff are extra special and professional.

Great vacation spot . Short walk to the beach. The pool faces the bay(not the gulf) I have a king suite facing the bay. We slept with the door open. It was quiet ( other hotels had bar noise complaints in the reviews). The suite had a full kitchen that I do not know when booking the room including pots, glasses and plates. Full size fridge, microwave, burner and dishwasher. Terrace had two chairs and a small table. I did not open the sofa bed. I would visit again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay from beginning to end. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and our suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The area is incredibly cozy, and the overall atmosphere felt modern, relaxing, and welcoming. Every team member we encountered was friendly and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. The property is clean, well cared for, and truly feels like a place where guests are valued. A special thank you to John G. in valet, as he went above and beyond with his kindness and professionalism. He made every arrival and departure smooth and stress-free, and his warm attitude really stood out. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

I love the hotel, I the workers, the service. Spent a nice time with my girls for a birthday. Had our cars valet and the very kind girl (Layla) at valet was such a fun bubbly energy to be around. As well as the other staff inside. High recommend for a nice get away

Just returned from a great week at the Residence Inn by Marriott Clearwater Beach—highly recommend! Prime location right on the marina with beautiful water views from our balcony. Steps from the beach, Pier 60, restaurants, and shops—no car needed. Spacious, spotless one-bedroom suite with full kitchen, comfy beds, and separate living area—perfect for our family. Included breakfast was generous and tasty (hot options, fresh fruit, waffles—kids loved it). staff was super friendly, especially John G. in valet, free Wi-Fi, reliable, and pet-friendly. Clean, comfortable, great value—felt like home. We'll definitely be back! 5/5 stars

This hotel is top notch. Upon arrival my family was greeted warmly by John G in valet. John helped us plan some indoor activities during the cold and luckily we were able to enjoy the beach on a warmer day. All hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely return soon!

Great location and service! Bar food is to be desired but who stays at the pool or at the bar for eating? And btw, Marriott only carries Pepsi products for those who are particular about their soft drinks. There is a great place next door that has Great seafood straight from Maryland and awesome drinks! Just minutes from the beach and a short walk to restaurants.
