We had a great couple of days here! The location is what we wanted, close to everything. The first morning there was a note posted no hot breakfast but Cheri came in and said she was working on it as someone had called in. With a little patience we had a hot breakfast! Woohoo,! And I have to say, it was really good! Little cheese omelets, sausage links and potatoes. The next day we had sausage patties, scrabbled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Cheri was helpful throughout our stay! High five to this staff member! At the outside bar Katie was exceptional. She knew what she was doing, friendly and on top of things. The town is cute and with a walk around,!!!

Great location! Room was big. Breakfast ok. Sitting right on the water! Nice restaurant attached behind it,(Bon appetite) had amazing food!

The district manager was in while we were checking in and was super nice and even helped us up grade. As someone who travels every week for work and expects a level of cleanliness, this best western exceeded expectations. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are clean, the hotel staff is polite and the city is very walkable and safe. Tried a few of the recommended local restaurants and was not disappointed. I recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for a weekend girls’ bicycling trip and were very impressed. I’m extremely particular about hotel cleanliness, so my friend and I always wipe down surfaces with Clorox wipes when we arrive (desks, chairs, bathroom, etc.). To our surprise, the wipes came back completely clean — not a speck of dirt or hair. That says a lot about the housekeeping team. Hats off to them! The staff was also incredibly friendly and happy to offer great recommendations for the area. We followed one suggestion and had a fabulous meal at Bon Appétit Restaurant nearby. Clean hotel, great staff, and a wonderful stay. We would definitely return.

Location is fantastic - many restaurants and shops within walking distance and the hotel is right on the water. The staff was excellent and the rooms have a nice Florida vibe to it. Love staying here and will be back.

Great location right on the harbor. Attached restaurant on the waterfront also had good service. Had issues trying to check in using a Best Western gift card, but the second front desk person we spoke with (Brandon) did an excellent job getting us into our room while he sorted everything out on his side! Breakfast bar is small, but has all the important items (fruit, pastries, waffle iron, eggs, bacon) and very friendly breakfast attendant. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have great views!

We had a group of rooms for my mother's birthday and it was sensational! Rhonda arranged for everything and she is an absolute GEM. Really went out of her way to set up everything, and I mean everything, and was personally invested in making sure we were happy. This is exactly how a hotel is supposed to be run. The rooms were wonderful--charming, "Old Florida". They were on the water and we'd wake up in the morning an take our coffee out back to watch the pelicans, dolphins and manatees. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Dunedin, or Pinellas County for that matter.

Loved this place, perfect location on the water and right on Main Street! Room service was awesome and the free breakfast had so many options. We loved the heated pool. Only gave it a 4 star because I think the jacuzzi is made of fiber glass and we could feel it on our legs (another guest gave us a heads up) but we just took towels and sat on those after that. It was still so enjoyable.

I stumbled on to this place completely by accident. I was traveling in the area to visit family nearby and had some extra time before heading back to Atlanta and have been considering Dunedin as a place to retire, so decided to drive through the area and have an early lunch before hitting the road. I asked a local where I could have lunch with a view of the water and she suggested Old Bay Cafe. It was unusually cold and windy on this Monday, so I sat inside and enjoyed a wonderful view with some fantastic food and a few cocktails. Well, by this time I knew I wasn't going to drive, let alone drive at Atlanta. I happened to notice this quaint two-story hotel adjacent to the restaurant and thought I'd inquire about renting a room for the night. I walked over and they were able to accommodate me. I booked the room for two nights knowing I could take a few days off of work. By the time Tuesday night arrived, I was hooked. I kept adding nights to my stay and ended up checking out Saturday morning. That's how much I loved the place. I was able to stay in the same room which was nice. The rooms are clean, comfortable and offer a view of the bay from two sides-there's a door in the back of the room that opens up into a breezeway where you can sit and enjoy the view. The staff was super friendly and the service was amazing. This hotel is also located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin which alone is a selling point. Overall, fantastic trip, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and relaxing environment.
