So far, so good. There is a funky smell in the hallway but it doesn't permeate into the room. The room is spacious and clean, and the staff has been friendly and helpful so far.

Stayed at the Residence Inn in Oldsmar, Florida for a short trip. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars. The biggest positive for me was the location very convenient and easy to get around the area. I also appreciated that the TV wasn’t on truemotion. Small detail, but noticeable. The pillows were surprisingly comfortable as well, although the bed itself was a bit too firm for my liking. I did like the “home away from home” feel that Residence Inns usually provide, even though I’ve stayed at nicer Residence Inn properties before. Parking was convenient overall, but I could see it becoming tight on a busy weekend, possibly forcing guests to park across near the Courtyard. Not a huge issue, just something to note. The downsides were mainly the shower taking quite a while to get warm and the breakfast being very average and forgettable. Also, the staff didn’t really make the stay feel memorable. As a Marriott elite member, it would’ve been nice to at least receive some acknowledgment or a warmer welcome during check-in. Not a bad stay by any means, but also not one that really stood out.

Amazing experience and stay! We stayed in the 2-bedroom unit for 2 nights. We had to adjust our reservations slightly and they were very accommodating and reasonable. The room was comfortable, inviting, and convenient for our party of 4. Just as pictured and featured on the Marriott site. Would definitely stay here again!

No security camera on any hallway in the hotel, if something happens nobody’s gonna know, and totally understand that is a pet friendly hotel but need to clean better the carpet they stink pretty bad we told that to the front desk and the only option was spray the carpet with odor ?? that was hilarious we didn’t spend the night at the room we used for a proposal marriage and run out of there. Hope this get better.

Very nice hotel with the standard amenities including workout room. The room was clean; the staff were helpful and pleasant, and parking was convenient. There are lots of restaurants within minutes by car. I would stay here again if the opportunity arise. I rated it as an 8 instead of 10 for a few minor issues: there was no power to a bathroom outlet on check-in (a breaker had tripped; fixed the next morning) and the phone would not connect to the front desk (a system glitch). These were minor inconveniences but still annoying.

This Marriott property is severely sub-par compared to all my previous experiences with the Marriott Brand. There is old carpet in the hallways and in our 1-bedroom King suite. There was hair on the bathroom door and black mold between shower wall and tub. Caulking material around the tub was loose and could’ve been wiped away. Wall-mounted soap dispenser in shower was empty. There was red lint all over the mattress and head of bed. The mattress pad was only a thin sheet and the mattress was worn out and lumpy, with deep sunken areas except for the middle of the bed. All the pillows were barely filled and offered zero support. The couch was broken and you could only sit in the middle- not on either end. After we went to bed we realized a flashing strobe light was malfunctioning and was impossible to sleep with in the bedroom. All of this was nothing compared to the way I was treated by Stephon (nighttime front desk attendant.). He was belligerent with me for stating that the room was unacceptable. He went to the room and disconnected the malfunctioning light in the bedroom and told me the broken couch was “ fine for me.” His attitude escalated our dissatisfaction and obviously he needs training, which is a reflection of the management of this property.

So far so good. Few little things but nothing serious. The refrigerator makes noise at night. Garbage cans are tiny but everything thing else was okay. Maybe change the mattress. Oh well.. front staff great ?

Every worker at this hotel is amazing. The manager, the front desk employees, the breakfast employees, the house keepers, all of them are just fantastic. The location is great and feels safe.

Absolutely the best place to say in OLDSMAR very short drive to Clearwater Beach Tampa anywhere within than 30 minute drive Customer Service impeccable rooms housekeeping absolutely is the best. You will not be disappointed when you stay at the residence Inn in Tampa Oldsmar.

Excellent stay at the Residence Inn. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Very well located with plenty of food options around. Spacious rooms and easy check-inn. Definitely staying again when I’m in the area!
