This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Everything was great except the 3rd floor ice machine ran out of ice due to people filling up their coolers. I asked front desk if there was any where else to get ice. They said only 3rd floor and the Mgr went up with me to see it was working. I tried to fill up my small bag to keep my dinner leftovers cool for drive home. He said to check back in 30 min. They would have received 5 stars if he would have offered to get me 2 cups of ice from their freezer or alternate area for ice knowing I just needed a small amount to keep food cold.

Great place to stay in Clearwater. Reasonably priced, breakfast is typical but good. Room was newer and clean. The part of my stay was the staff. I was greeted with smile and kind words and a laugh. I met the general manager and he was a great guy. Very hard working as he did many jobs. If I'm ever in the Clearwater area again this is where I'll be staying.

Awesome thanks for the great service I have a bad back and it's hard to stand up when I'm taking a shower. The front desk person was so kind she bought a chair up to room and it made my time there amazing. The breakfast is amazing I'm definitely coming back.

Beyond expectations!! The staff was absolutely wonderful, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was great. We were right across the street from the bay and what a beautiful view. I think this is our next year destination also. Thank you staff for making this a great vacation.

Wow this was such an amazing stay!!! The general manager Brian was super friendly and helpful the entire time. The staff Mrs D, Maria, Wendy and Casey were also highlights of our stay. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was always a nice treat. I will definitely book a place to stay here from now on. This was my first time in Florida, but it’s completely made me fall in love. The walk right across from the room is a beautiful sidewalk against the water that had amazing sunsets also.

The last 15 months I have been here 3 times. The rooms, common areas, pool and parking lot are very well maintained. The staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast areas is comfortable and they have a good selection of breakfast options. The view from there is great. I highly recommend this place.

The entire stay was amazing. The staff was very lovely. The breakfast was so tasty. The views were great and it was close enough to everything that an Uber was a great choice to get around. The beds were a little firm, but for my back that was comfortable.

Instead of knocking on my door repeatedly to "verify" that I didn't want room service (which would have disturbed my much needed nap), the cleaning crew slid this under my door and left me be. It's a small and aimple act, but also very respectful and greatly appreciated! One of our rooms admittedly had a small leak after a nasty storm, but they didn't bat an eye, and got that guest a new room immediately. Every staff member I interacted with on this trip was happy, outgoing, and helpful. Definitely an excellent choice for the price point.

Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner! Wow! What a wonderful property! Everything about my stay was spot on! This Comfort Suites checks all the boxes for excellence in a Choice Hotel property. Absolutely outstanding effort by the entire staff in keeping the rooms and common areas in pristine condition. For my stay, nothing was lacking and everything was provided that I could possibly desire for my nights accommodations. My stay was flawless! Check out the photos of my marvelous King Bed room.

Outstanding hotel, great location right next to the water in the intracoastal of Dunedin. Good, functional, and clean rooms. Great experience, quiet stay, friendly staff. Has transformed over the years through renovations. Area has grown and very popular with trendy groups. Near everyting Clearwater. Hot spot for family groups.
