The management (mainly the owner)at this property was extremely rude and unprofessional. They made a $3,000 mistake with our travel group and kept a sour attitude the entire stay. There's a male night manager that was not only rude but racist as well. He harassed me about my registered service animal and threatened to call the police multiple times. The day staff was nice but those in charge should take their cues from them. Would never stay here again. EVER!!! Total shame because it's not a bad property. Just horrible people in charge.

1st room, the fridge didn't work and had a mildew stintch. Requested to be moved. 2nd room was worse, it had mold throughout the bathroom, tub needs to be cleaned/resurfaced beds are hard as a rock and had german roaches, we killed atleast 2. Good thing, it was only for one night, bc I cldnt stay 2 nights in a row here-- never again!!

I would stay here again. I did a walk-in reservation and was lucky for the weekend. TY (pronounced Thai), checked me in with kindness and professionalism. The room has everything we need as guests. Cleanliness, fridge, microwave, and good shower. Comfortable bed and pillows, and quiet night. I didn't have their breakfast because I always arrive late to the breakfast area. Housekeeping were nice and helpful. Jay checked me out with his smile and professional personality. Thank you.

Charged 100$ fee the second we arrived, the beds are hard, pool has never been open for the whole time we've been here, breakfast is a couple options like waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, and cereal. The milk taste off, the elevator is scary and kinda dangerous. lwk mid room bathtub is questionable, they attempted to charge for "free wifi" any other hotel would be better. The ac works okay, the staff is...interesting. don't buy the walking tacos unless if you just want overpriced nachos with nothing but cheese. Location is nice but the hotel is not.

I was here last week, the property looks better than before, all the new updates are amazing. I want to give a shout out to Jaylynn the housekeeper for taking really good care of me when I was there for my stay . She helped me to my room when she was just about to clock out , the next day I seen her and asked about room service she told me what to do and I got my room cleaned the next day by her she is amazing at what she does. My room was neat and smelled very good . Thank you Jaylynn and quality staff for the amazing stay .

woke up bright and early for breakfast, no breakfast. rooms were mid as hell and stuff was literally rusting, bathtub was highly questionable and water never even got hot. check-out is at 11 and by 10:20 room service was BANGING on the door demanding us to be out in 10 minutes. will never be back and based on the other reviews they don’t seem to care or fix anything.

Rooms were nice. My issue was, i was working overnights and they kept knocking on my door disrupting my sleep. They said there was a issue with the smoke detector but it seemed fine to me. Never went off but they said it did. Not the best experience.

Terrible rooms. Even being 2-3 stars I would expect more. The rooms are in terrible condition. Rust everywhere. Mold everywhere. Room smelled pretty moldy. My niece had cockroaches in her room. It will serve the purpose of just one night but I certainly expected more from a Quality Inn brand.

Don't let the pictures on line fool you like it did me. The room I stayed in was newly remodeled but the rest of the hotel is nothing like the pictures. The breakfast was disappointing. Fruit, bagels, bread and make it yourself waffles. As I sat eating my waffle, the other 4 groups of people that came for breakfast were expecting more, like myself. I have paid less per night at other same hotel chains and had more for breakfast than here. The website is very deceiving. The AC in the room was great and the bed comforting. I wish I had paid just a little bit more to stay up the road at the Holiday Inn and had a better breakfast.

As a hotel employee i was stunned. Beds were the only thing actually clean in our room. Housekeeping did not clean or stock towels when requested during 5 day stay. Had to tell the front desk before we actually got service. The room sleeps 4 and there were enough towels for 2. Breakfast was a repeat and had 3 option with a juice or coffee as a beverage choice. The evening/overnight desk person was nice to deal with. Overall a disappointing stay.
