Very run down, it's cheaper & you get what you pay for. Staff at FD were friendly, room was alright, A/C very cold but leaks inside and outside the room, surprised know one has slipprd and gotten hurt. Brealkfast was good, Bagels, toast, minnie muffins, fruit, yogurt, waffels, 2 cereals, cofee and juice. The Lobby was clean and looked nice. The pool and pool area kept clean. Parking area not maintained, definately needs to updated and refreshed.

So super impressed with this Place! Right in the heart of Downtown StPete! Unbelievable nightlife! Incredibly clean and the staff is phenomenal! The breakfast was awesome. Fresh. Hott. Juice fresh.we had a great time. We will be back!

This place is DISGUSTING. As soon you walk in it smelled like cigarettes. The place is dark and dirty. As for the room, it smelled hot and humid (there might be mold in there). The bathroom is dirty and looked nothing like it did online. The curtains don’t even cover the window completely so you can see inside the room. The part that isn’t cover from the window you look into the room and see the mirror that faces the bed. The whole experience was uncomfortable and we didn’t even stay for our full booking. YUCK

This place looks nothing like the pictures. The lobby is just gross. The rooms were terrible, the floors were disgusting, my clean socks were black by the time we left. The room had German cockroaches, so gross. The bathroom was full of flaking paint, mold, and no water pressure in the sink. We didn’t try the shower, we got up and left!

The room was very clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave. You have to wiggle the cord for the microwave to work. TVs seemed to be antenna? Only a few channels available. The beds were awful. The bedding was very nice but the mattresses were painfully uncomfortable. Not bad overall for the price, other than the beds. The waffles at breakfast were really good.

The management (mainly the owner)at this property was extremely rude and unprofessional. They made a $3,000 mistake with our travel group and kept a sour attitude the entire stay. There's a male night manager that was not only rude but racist as well. He harassed me about my registered service animal and threatened to call the police multiple times. The day staff was nice but those in charge should take their cues from them. Would never stay here again. EVER!!! Total shame because it's not a bad property. Just horrible people in charge.

1st room, the fridge didn't work and had a mildew stintch. Requested to be moved. 2nd room was worse, it had mold throughout the bathroom, tub needs to be cleaned/resurfaced beds are hard as a rock and had german roaches, we killed atleast 2. Good thing, it was only for one night, bc I cldnt stay 2 nights in a row here-- never again!!

I would stay here again. I did a walk-in reservation and was lucky for the weekend. TY (pronounced Thai), checked me in with kindness and professionalism. The room has everything we need as guests. Cleanliness, fridge, microwave, and good shower. Comfortable bed and pillows, and quiet night. I didn't have their breakfast because I always arrive late to the breakfast area. Housekeeping were nice and helpful. Jay checked me out with his smile and professional personality. Thank you.

Charged 100$ fee the second we arrived, the beds are hard, pool has never been open for the whole time we've been here, breakfast is a couple options like waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, and cereal. The milk taste off, the elevator is scary and kinda dangerous. lwk mid room bathtub is questionable, they attempted to charge for "free wifi" any other hotel would be better. The ac works okay, the staff is...interesting. don't buy the walking tacos unless if you just want overpriced nachos with nothing but cheese. Location is nice but the hotel is not.

I was here last week, the property looks better than before, all the new updates are amazing. I want to give a shout out to Jaylynn the housekeeper for taking really good care of me when I was there for my stay . She helped me to my room when she was just about to clock out , the next day I seen her and asked about room service she told me what to do and I got my room cleaned the next day by her she is amazing at what she does. My room was neat and smelled very good . Thank you Jaylynn and quality staff for the amazing stay .
